This is Australian publishing magnate Kerry Packer's $30 million, 87 meter yacht the Arctic P (now his son James' yacht since Packer died earlier this year) anchored off the coast of Male, the main island in the Maldives and on it, are Tom and Katie, honeymooning away in the rain. The weather may not look bad here, but they've had gale-force winds and rain since they arrived; in fact, their private jet is parked at the airport waiting, in case the lovebirds need to evacuate. Poor TomKat!
