Kevin will definitely vote against prop 86 if he votes at all, that is. Kev picked up a couple cartons of cigs at a Valley convenience store today while on hiatus from the smoke out at his pals' apartment. Prop 86 would increase the cig tax from 87 cents/pack to $3.47/pack and we know Kev ain't down with that!
