Lindsay Lohan might have been hoping to go as a Jazzercize instructor for Halloween, but by this point, her costume might as well be "Girl who stays up partying for days at a time"! We snapped a few stills while we were taping Lindsay's attempts to flag down a a cop car on Melrose, and she just looks exhausted- maybe she ought to consider a quiet night in (or five)!
