It looks like today's the day for Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott- Extra reports that the couple showed up at Cedars-Sinai Hospital with Tori in labor! There's still no news as to whether Tori's actually given birth yet, but the eventual child (a boy) will be her first and Dean's third.
