Vanity Fair Oscar Party Cancelled!
It's probably the biggest, most prestigious party of the year -- Vanity Fair's annual Oscars party -- and this year's party is now officially CANCELLED!
With the Oscars ceremony hanging in the balance because of the writers' strike, this is big blow the the prestige and tradition of the awards show. Many wonder now if the WGA will be able to broker a deal for its members in time for the February 24 show.
Will the whole ship go down?
I've been outside Morton's as journalist on the Vanity Fair red carpet and I've been on the red carpet at the Oscars and frankly, Vanity Fair was always more fun! Without the Vanity Fair party, the Oscars just won't be the Oscars!
