Viacom vs. You Tube

With the Viacom vs. You Tube suit, the DMCA may turn out NOT to be the protection these "sharing" sites had hoped for.



Sure, these sites are fun and groundbreaking in their technology, reach, popularity, etc., but is it fair for content owners whose work is featured on these sites against their will?
