2006 is coming to an end...but our vlogging has just begun! After going over all the break-ups, make-ups and scrape-ups, births, crotch shots, lollipops and eye candy of the last year, we've put together this video of X17online.com's top stories of 2006. They might not have been THE biggest stories of the year, but they were OUR biggest! Alright, they're not so "little", but when Jessica stepped out the other night with her girls (she also brought Cacee Cobb, Jessica Paster and Ken Paves along), she almost made us forget about that other Jessica! Can we just say Daaaaaaaamn!

Shopping at the Grove, with younger sibs Sofia and Miles! Isn't it strange how Nicole doesn't nearly look the over-a-decade older than her brother and sister that she actually is?

FYI, the guy with them is Laterrian (LT) from Road Rules 9! Is he their bodyguard, their manny? If so, that's the hottest manny I've ever seen! (Sorry, Perry!)

Julia Roberts has just confirmed that she is expecting a new little brother or sister for her two-year-old twins, Phinnaeus and Hazel! Congrats!

Jessica Simpson (with Jessica Pastor, Ken Paves and Cacee Cobb), Jack Osbourne and John Cho (Harold from Harold & Kumar) were partying over at Hyde while Andy Dick (looking fairly well-behaved as he waited for a friend) and Celebrity Duets' Alfonso Ribeiro were over at Area.

Jessica was back to looking gorgeous (nice work, Jessica P.!) when she stepped out for a little after-Christmas shopping. Jessica, hairstylist Ken Paves and her wardrobe stylist Jessica Pastor hit up Maxfield's on Melrose before going over to Antquarius on Beverly.

This attractive, longtime couple is just starting to show their age (she's just over 60, he's in his late 50s) in these new pix from Aspen. Granted, not everyone goes out in the snow with four-inch stilettos or cleavage popping out all over the place, so with that in mind, they still look pretty darn good!

Nicole Richie and Joel Madden's love affair isn't exactly a well-guarded secret, but they haven't exactly been parading their relationship around in front of the cameras! In fact, we've barely even seen them together...until now! Nicole and Joel arrived at the Grove separately last night for a screening of "Dreamgirls", but in this X17 XCLUSIVE video, we see them leaving together!

Move over, Mariah, there's a new diva in town! The snow didn't stop J.Lo from looking fierce in her four-inch stilettos...probably not the best cold-weather wear, but at least she can use them for ice picks come cocktail hour!
Maybe she should have taken a page from Mariah's book, and gotten a handler on each side to make sure she doesn't slip!

Both Ashlee Simspon and Rachel Bilson were at Social last night, looking absolutely adorable! (Jessica, take some notes from your little sis!) So, who's cuter? The girl we loved even before she had the nose job, or the object of Seth Cohen's (and once Adam Brody's) affection?

Social was the place to be last night, as the stars joined Jessica Simpson and David Spade for a bday party at the hip hollywood club. Kirsten Dunst tried to hide from the cameras, Ashlee Simpson showed up just a few minutes after her sister, Rachel Bilson, who was there with girlfriends, looked absolutely beautiful and Mario Lopez coyly dodged our quetions about Karina (although from the way he was smiling when we even mentioned her name, seems like we'll definitely be seeing more of those two together in the new year). Tatyana Ali and Kevin Farley (Chris' brother) also make an appearance.

Jessica showed up at the party at Social last night in an outfit that makes the absolute least of her assets. When your hairstylist and wardrobe stylist are permanent members of your entourage don't you think some of their style would rub off and she'd come up with something better than what my mom wore to her 7th grade yearbook photo in the 60s? Anyone who saw Newlyweds knows that cooking classes were probably a smart gift (even though Jessica claims here that she's already good at it), but if this is what happens when she dresses herself, maybe she shoulda asked for a little overtime from Jessica Pastor!

Christina's looking fierce and fabulous with her signature red accents (red lips, red bag, red shoes) in these pix from last weekend. The bottle of sake in Jordan's hand (an xmas gift from his wife) is probably not the only thing he got for Christmas - one of our photogs spotted the pair jetting off on a private plane!

From what David Spade is saying about Heather Locklear in this XCLUSIVE video from last night outside a party at Social, you'd think THEY were the ones who'd be dodging engagement rumors! At first, they seemed like such an unlikely couple (are they or aren't they?), but from the adorable way he's talking about her, he could be just the man Heather needs right now! Soooo cute!

Nicolette's love of all things furry has been well-documented during her trip to Aspen. But usually those furry things are boots, coats, and weird hats (ok, that one was more fuzzy than furry, but felt it was worth another look)! Here she is giving a little love to a live animal...if I were that dog, though, I'd watch my back (or my coat, as it were)!

Guess the stiletto heels and the cleavage-baring top in the Aspen snow got a little tiresome for Mariah...Here she is, looking no less gorgeous, doing a little shopping. Hey, isn't Christmas supposed to be all about UNwrapping?

We came across this quick clip of some fans going apeshizz over Xtina as she left Les Deux w/hubby Jordan Bratman on Friday night. Hey, we love her that much, too!

Although the piece of licorice (?) in her hand might be throwing me off. Regardless, she certainly looked happy when we snapped her leaving Barney's yesterday...although what girl wouldn't be grinning after a shopping trip to Barney's?

The car was packed, Nick dropped Kim off in plenty of time, Paris had all her new purchases with her to take to Australia...only one thing missing: Her passport! Although Paris couldn't have been sweeter when we ran into her earlier in the evening shopping on Robertson, her mood quickly turned when she realized she was missing the one thing she needed to get on the plane. So the car was unpacked...the flight was cancelled...and some poor German tourists waiting outside Paris' house to catch a glimpse of the heiress were told to "fuck off!" But Paris was back to being her sweet self as soon as she found it, the flight was re-scheduled and she even found time to pose for pix with her German fans! She made it to LAX and is probably on the long flight down under as we speak. Happy New Year, Paris!

A) To take a shower.
B) To come up with a new catchphrase for his next film - "Whoa" is too played out.
C) To never ever change, we love him exactly the way he is!
