Brit went to a Laker's/Rockets game last night at the Staples Center in downtown LA and the star finally let 'her' hair down! It reminds us of what the old Britney used to look like before she stopped caring about her appearance and wearing ripped jean skirts and low-cut tops with messy hair on national television. This look harkens back to the day when she liked to get dolled up, put on some cute clothes, and make an appearance in front of our cameras. Is Britney BACK?!

It's singer/musician Howie Day of "Collide" fame! And here's the deal, it wasn't actually the Post that ID'd him, it was Day's own publicist who wrote in to the paper to tell them it was his client on the courts with Britney!

We hate to revisit familiar territory, but we just can't stop cracking up at Elliot Mintz's "God, this sucks" expression as he chauffeurs Paris Hilton from club to club. Then again, how much can you blame him? I mean, the guy's only one of the most high-powered reps in Hollywood - but thanks to one of his clients' inability to keep herself away from her Bentley, he's bordering on Mr. Belvedere territory!

This damn girl is winning me over with her smile and with her dedication to working out. Are we witnessing the transformation of Paris the Heiress into Paris the Bus-Riding Jailbird? If the owner of Club Paris has anything to say about that, the answer is a resounding "yes"! Our photogs just shot this tape of Paris' Mercedes Maclaren being towed away from her Hollywood Hills home and we're guessing Club Paris owner Fred Khalilian may be behind it. Khalilian fired Paris as the spokesperson and namesake of his clubs earlier this year when the socialite failed to appear at the club as stipulated in her contract. The Maclaren was a gift from Khalilian and I'm thinking the repo men were there at Paris' today to take the car back to its original owner. One thing the repo folks didn't take, however, was the copy of Paris' album left in the car - way to add insult to injury, guys!

The former Mr. and Mrs. Federline are said to have come to a deal regarding $$$ for Kev and custody of the kids. So far, daddy Federline has been in charge of Sean and Jayden since Britney decided to go and shave her head. But now that Britney's on the road to health, will she be getting majority custody of the kids again?

With Karina Smirnoff still MIA, Mario Lopez spent last night in the company of a bevy of beauties - although we're guessing that, much like Josh Henderson, he ended up heading home without sealing the deal! Mario took his mother out to hip Hollywood hotspot Parc last night to celebrate her birthday and invited gal pal Eva Longoria to help mark the occasion. Of course, the presence of his mother and his commitment-minded friend didn't cramp Mario's game for even a second - we caught him talking to another new girl outside the club! (How long do you think it's going to take the Russian mob to get to this one?)

Who's that blonde bombshell clutching Robbie Williams' arm as the British pop star split from Parc last night? We're not sure, but given Robbie's hold over the ladies, we can't help but suspect that she and Robbie took the rest of the night getting to know each other a little more, er, intimately!

The AP (via MSNBC) are reporting that Paris Hilton could have her probation revoked, meaning the Hilton girl could end up behind bars! If she's found to have gotten behind the wheel of a car while her license was suspended, that would violate the conditions of her previous sentence for reckless driving. She could face up to 90 days in the slammer -- a hearing is scheduled for April 17.

After her September 7 arrest (above photo) on suspicion of DUI, Paris claimed no contest to alcohol-related reckless driving and got 36 months probation and $1500 in fines. Then she got pulled over on Sunset Blvd on February 28 (above photo) when she was driving without lights. She was ticketed for the misdemeanor of driving with a suspended license.

Now the girl's in a heap o' trouble and I'm thinking with Nicole Richie's penchant for driving the wrong way on the freeway, these two could do "Simple Life: Behind Bars" -- I'd watch!
