With the Hollywood nightclubbing institution reeling from the pressure from US Government Alcohol and Beverage Authorities in the wake of MemorialDayGate, we've been hearing a virtual chorus bemoaning how it's not theirrrrrrrr fault that underage celebs keep getting in despite theirrrrrrrr best attempts to diligently check IDs. But check out these clips from Les Deux -- the club that's been most vehement so far about their adherence to the letter of the law-- Hyde, Area, Parc, Teddy's and even The Abbey. Their guest lists include the likes of Lindsay, Rumer Willis, Hayden, Mary-Kate, Kristin, and Jesse McCartney -- but are those guys drinking once they're inside? THAT is the question ...

We know - and can understand - that the lovely and talented Friends alum enjoys her privacy, but it was nice to see the actress graciously sign a few autographs after dinner. Maybe, after doing a season of Dirt, she knows how to handle the paps a little bit better...

Ashlee struggled to keep warm in our unseasonably cold weather (it musta gotten down to at least 70!) while on a shopping jaunt in Hollywood yesterday.

...Paris' parents were leaving the scene! No, they weren't pulling a Lindsay - we just spotted Rick and Cathy as they were exiting Mr. Chow's last night. The couple weren't exactly talkative, but we weren't really expecting them to be too chatty - in light of Rick's recent medical problems and Paris' recent legal ones, we're just happy they found a pleasant way to spend an evening!

But Rick and Cathy were hardly the only celebs we spotted at Mr. Chow's - we also noticed Son of Hollywood David Weintraub and Ex-Wives Club stars Angie Everhart, Marla Maples, and Shar Jackson (do reality tv stars get free egg rolls or something?). Elsewhere, we also caught a few guests arriving for one of Brett Ratner's house parties - we got some face time with the Black Eyed Peas' Will.i.am and with director Kevin Smith. (Lucky for us, Silent Bob was gabbing up a storm!)

Marcia Cross stepped out yesterday with only one seat in her two-seater stroller filled. One of her twin girls stayed behind while mommy walked and talked. For only having given birth a little over three months ago, Marcia is looking anything but Desperate!

Lindsay took some time out of her busy rehab schedule yesterday to indulge in one of the few stimulants allowed at Promises: coffee.

The days are counting down (5 to be exact) before our favorite Celebutante has to check into the Lynwood Hilton, and it seems that Paris is keeping as busy as possible before being locked down. Sporting a big smile (to hide her tears?) the entire day and dressed head-to-toe in red and white, Paris did a photo shoot at Siren Studios, then hit up Pinkberry wannabe Cantaloop for some fro-yo. She then hoofed it over to a house party before heading home. Wonder if she's trying to wear herself out with all this activity so she can use her jailtime for a little R&R!

Since Lindsay's crash after a night of partying early Saturday morning, Hollywood hotspots have come under attack for allowing minors to frequent their establishments. Lindsay hit up several clubs the night of her early-morning accident (see video), including Les Deux, whose owner fervently denies serving her alcohol and SkyBar. Although Mood is the only club under investigation by the Alcoholic Beverage Control for serving alcohol to minors, stemming from an incident last year, we've seen countless other underage celebrities frequenting the places made more famous by their presence. Now, we're not sure if they're actually serving liquor to these young stars once they're inside, but who should be responsible? The establishments who let these minors past the velvet rope? The parents? Or the stars themselves? Mood is staging a press conference this morning to address these issues of underage partying, celebrity privilege and responsibility. We'll bring that to you later ...

One of our cameramen happened to spot Nicole Richie slipping into a Beverly Hills medical center yesterday. Luckily, the diminutive diva was all smiles by the time her appointment was over. Treatment for late-onset whiplash has really come a long way, huh?

We were watching our clip of Britney's words to Lindsay Lohan again, and we couldn't help but notice the directness of her hat. Then again, it shouldn't be too much of a surprise - after all, she gave us fair warning that she's not that innocent!

Britney's seriously sparkling with her new hair extensions, but don't you think she still looked great without them? I don't know anyone with a better-shaped head than the Divine Ms. B.

Lindsay's (current) rehab of choice is also "the rehab facility of choice for business executives, professionals, celebrities, government officials and anyone wanting the finest rehab program in the world," at least according to the Promises website! Although some have referred to the facility, which boasts gourmet meals, 500 thread-count sheets, and a personal trainer (not to mention a $1600 dollar a night price tag) as more of a "celebrity retreat" (Promises alumni include Britney Spears, Ben Affleck, Charlie Sheen, Matthew Perry and Selma Blair), we assure you, Lindsay's stay here won't be a vacation! With anywhere from 1-2 weeks of detox (night sweats on 500 thread-count sheets are still night sweats), plus the twelve-stepping, group therapy, training for the weekly facility ping-pong tournaments (well, maybe not), Lindsay's definitely got some hard work ahead of her.

Here's a clue: He used to be in rehab... not that that narrows it down.

The successful Duff sister got tired of watching herself on old Lizzie Maguire reruns on The Disney Channel, so she decided to throw on her best fedora - and door knocker earrings - and drag her sister, who hopped into a yellow potato sack, off to a late night movie where they wouldn't be bothered.

Oh wait, these are the Duff girls -- they don't go to movies, they go to HYDE.

A long day of spending dough can really take its toll on a girl - even one as fluent in "shopping" as Paris Hilton! No wonder, then, that we caught her and her sister scarfing down some chow at Duke's Coffee Shop - after all, by that point in the afternoon Paris and Nicky must have been running a little Ragged!

After lunch, the pair headed over to the Color Me Mine Design Center for a little arts 'n crafts action. Among other items, Paris took a brush to a bear, a heart, and (as you can see below) a piglet. Looks like Paris is taking every chance to hog the spotlight before heading off to the pen!

...we bumped into Alyson Hannigan! The former American cutie-Pie was out on the town with her husband Alexis Denisof, although unfortunately the happy couple ducked into a shop before we were quite through basking in their company. They did, however, stick around outside long enough to show off Alyson's new haircut - not exactly the most flattering look for Alyson (maybe it might look a little more fitting on Chloe Sevigny?), but then again it's not like Alyson's new to looking awkward-cute!

Season 4 Dancing With the Stars Champ and Olympic gold medalist took some time out of his training for the 2010 Olympics to chow down at Mr. Chow's. Despite his enthusiasm for what comes next after winning the mirror ball trophy, we couldn't help but wonder if he's secretly missing his adorable partner Julianne Hough! We know they deny being anything more than friends, but their chemistry on the dance floor was definitely undeniable!
