Brit Brit changed her mind and she just jumped on a private jet 5 minutes ago departing from LA for Vegas! Looks like Britney WILL be at LAX tonight!

We're just hours away from Britney's big turn as hostess at LAX Las Vegas tonight - you just know she's getting ready to put on a show to remember! Do you think she'll keep her set short and sweet like on her last tour? Or will she grace her hardcore fans with some songs which ordinarily don't make her playlist?

They only just got back together, and now Paris is leaving Stavros behind in Malibu for her jaunt across the Atlantic to Spain! With all those Spanish Don Juans, wonder if Stavros is nervous about his ex girlfriend hitting up the Mallorquin hotspots?

Tabloid & Reality stars were colliding at Opera! Stavros Niarchos arrived at just about the same time Brody Jenner and Frankie Delgado rolled up to the club. And although Lauren Conrad was already inside at the time, she left holding hands with a guy wearing a "Teenage Millionaire" cap! (Guess that ho's not coming between two bros.) The couple got into a cab, taking off down the street with one unfortunate photographer's strap caught in the door! Another mishap occurred when paps crashed into trash cans trying to get a glimpse of season one American Idol, Ryan Starr. Charles Barkley was also there, and the cute little door guy treated us to his best Celebutante impression!

Who knew Parisians were such Michael Doulas fans? Visiting the City of Lights, Michael was mobbed by fans outside his hotel and almost accosted by one overzealous man who just wanted his picture with the Basic Instinct star! Michael's bodyguards got worried, but Michael kept his cool, calmed his fan and was able to give the guy what he wanted.

Ok, it's not like we don't see this almost every day, right? But still, ya just gotta appreciate what you got, and right now what we got are more hot pix of a shirtless McConaughey!

Predictably enough, George Clooney was hardly the only high-profile star our photogs caught at Venice - a little while later, our guys spotted Keira Knightley! Or, perhaps we should say they caught her twice - once as the slender starlet stepped onto shore in a simple little blue-and-white number, and then once again when she got all fancy to accompany her co-stars from Atonement in front of the world's press!

Does "Gimme More" have you wanting more? Well, it looks like you won't have to wait too long - according to People, Britney's full album is set to drop on November 13th! The magazine quotes Jive Records as their source, so this has all the hallmarks of legitimacy. Bet you didn't see this coming!

In other "Gimme More" related news, it looks like the single's doing a bang-up job of stirring up interest in Brit's aforementioned new album - the single's already climbed to #80 according to chart-tracking service MediaBase. Let's hope the buzz around "Gimme More" keeps growing - and that the rest of Brit's big singles follow suit!

Paris' former BFF, Kim Kardashian, had a less than friendly reception at Tangerine nightclub in Vegas last night. According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, Kim, who was in town to support the launch of friend and other Paris pal, Caroline D'Amore's new clothing line, was booed at the club! To make matters worse, members of Kim's entourage had to be "removed" when they were rude to one of the VIP hosts! Ouch!

Our photographers spotted Kid Rock and super-sexy girlfriend May Anderson walking around Malibu yesterday. May might not be Pam - but she and Mr. Ritchie make a grand couple together anyway. These kids rock!

First Ryan Phillippe - now George Clooney? Now that summer's drawing to a close, Hollywood's hunks are certainly more willing to let their hair down; just yesterday, Clooney showed up at the Venice Film Festival looking like he'd just come down from living on a mountain! So once again, X17ers, we're forced to ask: who wore it better?

Details regarding the contentious custody case between Britney Spears and Kevin Federline have been revealed. According to Britney's attorney, Laura Wasser, Kevin's rep, Mark Vincent Kaplan, has tried to schedule depositions of subpoenaed witnesses when he knew she couldn't attend! Kaplan denies doing anything shady, saying that it's Wasser who's trying to Stonewall him. Wasser has also written to ask for third-party help in serving subpoenas to avoid "the need for either office to chase potential witnesses". Probably a smart move considering recent events! Another interesting detail that was leaked in the documents...Kevin claims he has no net income while Brit's supposedly making $737,868 a month!

Ryan Phillippe's famous face may be in pretty high demand - but last night, the actor met made friends with someone with some real stories about having a "wanted" photo! Phillippe (in full-on scruffy mode - not that the ladies minded!) was on his way out of Dan Tana's when found himself trading stories with a local character who claimed to have had his photo hanging on the wall of the post office - as one of the FBI's most wanted! Of course, it was all a joke, and Ryan cracked up accordingly. (Too bad Ryan's good mood all but dissolved once he got to his car and discovered that his companion had left the doors locked!)

We give Paris Hilton some good-natured grief about all the "charity work" she does benefitting the starving fashion merchants of Beverly Hills, but it's worth remembering that the heiress really does do a lot of good for the needy - just yesterday, for instance, we caught her heading to the airport en route to Majorca for an event benefitting kids with cancer! (And hey, if she finds the time to catch a killer tan while she's there, so much the better!) Unfortunately, Paris wasn't so generous when it came to information about the appearance of her former associate Fred Khalilian, the co-owner of the infamous Club Paris, on Dr. Phil yesterday. Aw, c'mon Paris, don't shut us out! (Apparently that job's already taken by the proprietor of In Motion Entertainment!)

The day Brit's single hit the web, our comeback girl was busy rehearsing with her dancers for her upcoming VMA performance! Word is that Criss Angel is planning to make her disappear and re-appear several times during the "shocking" set. Wearing leopard print hot pants with fishnets underneath, our girl was looking hot and we can't wait to find out if she's planning to perform Gimme More or drop a new single!

Who says eating right doesn't feel good? Between her near-daily trips to vegan cafe RFD and her special-treat trips to Jamba Juice, Nicole Richie's certainly been making sure to keep her unborn baby safe - and the fact that all those greens keep the diminutive diva in such tip-top shape doesn't hurt either! Yesterday, Nicole even graced us with a big smile as she made her way back to her car from Jamba Juice with a smoothie in hand and a stunningly flattering dress on her back. Thanks, Nicole - we absofruitly appreciate it!

Britney's two new tracks are rockin' the music world today and we here at X17 are excited! I'm listening to "Gimme More" right now and I was a bit uninspired at first, but now I can't get the damn track outta my head!

So all you Britney fans out there -- email Brit, call up Jive and petition for X17 to break the rest of the album! We've had at least three different offers to buy recordings of all 18 tracks! But if the record label could just throw us a bone ...

Now, back to business -- here are some shots of Brit at the tanning salon today. Kinda ironic, given that her former manager Larry Rudolph finally got served by Kevin's peeps today at Sunset Tan of all places!

It's no secret that Lauren's still got a lingering crush on her ex, Brody Jenner, but is she also puttin' the moves on Brody's (new) BFF, Frankie Delgado? She was seen gettin' awfully cozy with both during a shoot for the The Hills yesterday at the Silver Spoon house in Malibu... guess we'll just have to wait for the show to air to find out!

So, Linds has been through a lot this year. Currently she's in a rehab facility in Utah... but hasn't it been a month already? Lohan checked in just days after her July 24th car chase, and now it's August 30th. The minimum length of stay at the Cirque Lodge treatment center is thirty days - of course, she might stay longer. It's nice out there! But if not, and Lindsay decides to return to her L.A. life soon, will she be ready, rested and rehabilitated?
