Her hair looks gorge, her makeup is perfect and the outfit - well, it looks like little miss Lohan spent some time in front of the mirror before she left the house. Nice work!

Yesterday MTV News asked the 16-year-old if a film was in the works, and Gomez responded, "Yes! We actually want to shoot it here in New York," but Gomez's rep told MTV News today that the project in development is actually a Disney Channel made for TV movie, not an actual film.

Miley has already wrapped production on two major motion pictures (you know, the kind you see in a theater, not on a TV screen); Bolt, which hits theaters on November 21 and Hannah Montana: The Movie, which will be released in April of 2009.
