In the light of the recent restraining order that Jamie Spears -- er, Britney Spears filed against Sam Lutfi and Adnan Ghalib, we got to thinking about the guys Britney used to spend her days with. Remember when the pop princess would parade around town in crazy outfits with her paparazzo boyfriend? When she'd speed around in her little white Mercedes without a care in the world? My goodness, how a year changes things!

Anyway, this whole situation is rather ironic, because up until now, Sam and Adnan were enemies, and all of the sudden, they seem to have teamed up to fight Jamie Spears. Is helping Britney regain control over her life a cause worth calling a truce for? It sure sounds like it!

The court documents filed last week admit that Britney has kept in contact with Adnan, so if she really felt threatened by him, why would she still be talking to him?! It seems pretty clear that Britney wasn't the one who actually filed the restraining orders, so we can only imagine how she feels about it!

Do you think Brit called Adnan (and Sam) to the rescue, or are they doing this on their own accord? We're not sure, but it sounds like Britney's life isn't going to get any calmer in 2009, that's for sure!

Umm...there's nothing wrong with a store like that, but it looks like little Max is going to be light years ahead of his classmates when it's time for sex ed!

Anyway, I'm just going to pretend I didn't look that up on their website right now, and switch gears and talk about what Christina is wearing, and how cute baby Max is. Christina wore her trademark fuchsia lipstick and washed black leggings, and even though I prefer her without the war paint, she's still looking pretty good! And Max? Well, he's looking just like his mommy!

Looks like that 30 second smile we snapped on Thursday night was a one time thing!

A poker faced Nicky Hilton was out and about in Beverly Hills yesterday afternoon running errands, and she went about her business without even acknowledging the pack of paps following her. It's okay - she's still our fav Hilton sister, and at least she didn't pull a V. Hudge and hide her lovely face with that huge Goyard bag!

When I first glanced at these shots of Eva Longoria, I thought, 'What a lovely ivory dress and coat she picked out!' Then I saw her boots. But I figured she was on set, and wardrobe forced her to wear a pair of 5 inch Manolos that day, so she just wanted to be comfy - not a big deal. I mean, Leighton Meester does it all the time, so it's totally acceptable, right?

Wrong! Upon closer inspection, I noticed that Eva was at the airport and I'm very confused about what she's wearing. Uggs are fine with jeans and sweatpants, but a dress? And who travels in a dress that short?! Believe me, I'm all for traveling in comfy clothes, but Eva's outfit is a bit unfashionably bipolar, especially for a plane ride!

I'm thinking/hoping she was headed to San Antonio to watch Tony and the Spurs play the New Orleans Hornets tonight, and her plan was to ditch the boots (and probably the coat) and slip into some sexy sandals before she landed. That is the ONLY logical explanation!

Even though their divorce seemed pretty nasty (and Guy didn't get the best deal when it came to the custody of Rocco), it looks like the former spouses are trying to keep things civil. Madonna, Lourdes, David, Rocco and Guy were all snapped at the Kabbalah Center in NYC last night, and even though this might be a bit awkward, it's probably the best thing for the kids, right?

Well, look on the bright side - he's still wearing tight leather pants and loads of eyeliner!

These shots may not be as hot as the smoldering shirtless ones we snapped earlier, but we'll take what we can get. Yet again, Orlando was spotted wandering around on the set of his new film, Sympathy for Delicious, and delicious is pretty much the only word we can think of to describe him!

Sofia Vergara isn't the most highly regarded thespian, but when someone's got a butt like this, who cares? We snapped the sexy model/actress at Planet Blue the other day, and after a successful shopping trip, she was kind enough to smile and say hi to photogs.

It's hard to believe she's 36 years old - she's looks absolutely incredible and we can't find a single ounce of cellulite on her rear end! And these leggings aren't exactly opaque either - check out the gallery below and see for yourself!

She may not look glam and fabulous here, but Katherine Heigl is a practical girl - she wore Uggs and a long, wooly sweater to dinner last night, and she didn't seem to mind when photogs snapped away at her frumpy casual, comfy outfit.

Kat was joined by her hubby Josh, who actually looked quite dapper - think he cared that he was the more dressed up of the two?

Who knew Justin Timberlake and George Lopez were golf buddies?! We definitely had no idea!

We spotted Meg Ryan and a gal pal going for a stroll in Beverly Hills yesterday, and the formerly cute blonde actress seemed shocked that we were taking her picture. Quite frankly, so were we!

Tom Cruise's latest promotional stop is Brazil, and we snapped the actor outside of the Copacabana Palace in Rio de Janeiro. Tom looks like he's enjoying the weather, but what really caught our attention is the size of those security guards behind Tom - we def wouldn't want to mess with them!

Hmm, this is a little on the unusual side!

According to the Associated Press, attorney Allen Michel told a judge in Los Angeles yesterday that he wants Renee Zellweger to turn over her diary, give a deposition and hand over any other documents that explain how she spent her time during a seven week delay from the filming of "Cinderella Man" in Toronto back in 2005.

Why all this fuss? Well, in the middle of production, co-star Russell Crowe dislocated his shoulder, which resulted in the 7 week hiatus. Renee's agents negotiated a $3 million payout for the actress due to the inconvenience of the delay, but the insurer claims to have already paid around $6 million for the delay, and feels that they aren't liable for the money paid to Zellweger, who isn't named as a party to the lawsuit.

And waves! And in more than one frame! We can't believe it!

We snapped our fav Hilton sister (in her fav pair of shiny, ruched leggings) at the Byron & Tracey salon the other night, where she attended a party hosted by fashion maven Rachel Zoe. Nicky wasn't the only famous face there - Nicole Richie, Rose McGowan and several others also showed up, and it was all caught on camera for the stylist's hit Bravo show, The Rachel Zoe Project.

It's good to see Nicky looking so chipper! We'd love to see her like this every time we take her picture!

We're not entirely convinced that this will be the last time Michael Lohan speaks to the media, but we'll give him the benefit of the doubt -- for now.

Michael lets it all out in his latest literary masterpiece - he's still ragging on Sam, and he even delves into the topic of sexual orientation. Sit back, grab a cup of tea and enjoy!

Well here you have it. My final blog. And for those of you who are doubters or knockers, let me say that I never took a penny for my blog or anything I ever did for any of my children. I did what I did, out of love and concern, regardless of any of your opinions. I did it to help them, advance their careers and give them hope. I taught them that anything is possible if you really want it enough, and that when your heart is in the right place, God will make it all happen!

With that said, let me say that out of respect for my daughter Ali, and her request, this will be my last last blog. And although I have full confidence in Jonathan Jaxon, (who was behind this and some of the best blogs), I have to say that when it comes to my children, who are not at risk, I have to respect their request.

Before I go, however, I must say that I received a text message from a very close and dear friend of Lindsay's who I trust and admire. The text said, "between you and me you are doing the right thing. From what I hear, from Lindsay's nearest and dearest friends, Lindsay is worse off than ever since she she has been with Sam. I told Dina that Lindsay needs you back in her life, and I think you know that I was the one who really helped Linds get into rehab."

Without divulging this person's identity, let me say that I know this person and I trust him/her very much. As a matter of fact, I spent time with him/her and wish that he/she was still part of Lindsday's life.

For the record, when it comes to sexual preference, I am not biased. What matters most is the substance of an individual rather than thier preference.It is the love and intent behind the relationship that matters. Something I can not give much credence to when it comes to Samantha. Just look at Samantha's tax returns before she "engaged" Lindsay, and then after! Look at Lindsay's career before Samantha and after! Look at all the things Lindsay accompished and had going for her before Samantha and after. And finally, consider how Lindsay spent every holiday with her family before she met Samantha and then after. Would Lindsay ever leave her little sister in LA with Jenni, and leave with Samantha like she recently did whe she went to Boston?! NEVER!

I was with Lindsay when she got out of Cirque Lodge. I saw and experienced the "old Lindsay" with so much hope and promise. I had full confidence in her. Then back came Samantha! Can't you all see this? Am I speaking to stone walls? All I ask that you put your selves in my shoes and HONESTLY consider what you would do.

As I said, this is my final blog, and I hope what I have said and expressed to you and Lindsay, have a positive effect on your lives.

We snapped the actor lugging two enormous bags of dog food out of the grocery store the other day, and we're impressed - I mean, come on - you'd never see someone like Orlando Bloom doing this!

I don't think we'll ever see Pink rocking an intricate beaded dress and Louboutins (okay, maybe some sort of punk rock version of that on the red carpet!), but we still love her edgy, unique style!

The singer was spotted in Los Angeles the other night, and she paired up a basic outfit with her fav accessories: a black leather bag, coat and boots. She's one of the few women in Hollywood who can pull this off!

T-shirt? Check! Skinny jeans? Check! Hand cast? Check! Bag of goodies from the convenience store? Check! But what's in there, hmm?

Anyway, Shia LaBeouf was spotted in Los Angeles the other day, and the Transformers star rocked a t-shirt that read "Bless You Boys," which was a nod at former Detroit sportscaster Al Ackerman, who always used the phrase when the Detroit Tigers won a baseball game.

We're referring to the photog who's still asking the show's star Benjamin McKenzie about the good ol' days of The O.C., not Benjamin himself, who has definitely moved on to bigger and better...well, let's just say he's moved on!

X17online has obtained the court documents in which Britney's father, as her conservator, has requested a temporary restraining order against Sam Lutfi and Adnan Ghalib and here are some interesting excerpts ...

All the stuff that others have reported is true -- the paper cites instances in which an unknown person instant messaged Britney's father and demanded to speak to him. The papers allege that Sam said defamatory things about Jamie and that Sam had contacted Brit's attorney Blair Berk to set up a meeting regarding the conservatorship.

But here's what the others HAVEN'T reported ...

Check out this language regarding Sam's alleged efforts to hire a NEW ATTORNEY for Britney on her behalf:

On January 27, 20098, attorney John T. Anderson of the Law Office of John T. Anderson sent counsel for Mr. Seaprs a proposed Ex Part Petition seeking an order authorizing Ms. Spears to retain him as her attorney in the conservatorship proceedings and to relieve as counsel Samuel D. Ingham III, Ms. Spears' PVP counsel.

On January 27, 2009, Mr. Anderson told counsel for Mr. Spears that he had initially been contacted by Mr. Eardly about three or four weeks previously for assistance in preparing legal papers, and that he spoke with Mr. Lutfi about two or three weeks after that. Mr. Anderson said that he told Mr. Lutfi that he could not proceed unless Ms. Spears signed an engagement letter and other documents, and that he provided Mr. Lutfi with copies of such documents so that Mr. Lutfi could have those documents signed by Mrs. Spears. Mr. Lutfi thereafter provided Mr. Anderson with an Ex Parte Petition, and engagement letter, and a Nomination of Counsel that purport to be signed by Ms. Spears.

Over the past month, Ms. Spears has had numerous telephone conversations with both Mr. Lutfi and Mr. Ghalib and has exchanged numerous text messages with both of them.

Dayyuummm!!!

So that means either Britney has tried to hire a new attorney, theoretically to help her oust her dad OR Sam forged Brit's signature to put a new lawyer in place! Either way - this is HUGE!

Is Jamie afraid that Sam and Adnan are convincing Brit to turn her back on him? Or are these guys really a threat? I have a feeling we'll find out soon! Stay tuned ...

Though it's being reported (even by us) that BRITNEY filed a restraining order today against her former lover Adnan Ghalib and her ex-manager/assistant/BFF Sam Lutfi, was it REALLY Brit who did it?

Of course we all know it's Brit's dad Jamie who's in control right now -- of everything personal, financial, professional, and legal -- so if Brit WANTED to, COULD she file a restraining order? -- NO!

Steven Cron of Cron, Israels & Stark in LA told X17online:

"Any such paperwork or request would have to go through the conservator. She is not considered legally capable so she is dependant on the conservator to assist her with any such requests or any such proceedings."

So any legal documents would have to be filed by JAMIE, NOT BY BRIT, since he is currently her legal conservator.

The AP report the papers also restrict attorney Jon Eardley, who is said to represent Lutfi, from contacting Brit. But in fact an X17online reporter heard a recorded conversation between Britney and Eardley from last year, in which Britney told the attorney she wanted "her life back" and that she would accept his help in accomplishing that.

Their report says the papers claim Lutfi and Ghalib, through Eardley, were trying to gain control of Brit's affairs.

So was Jamie simply carrying out the wishes of his daughter by filing this supposed restraining order or is it JAMIE trying to keep Sam and Adnan away?

Miley Cyrus and her boy toy -- excuse me, her "friend" Justin Gaston got lunch at the City Wok in Studio City yesterday afternoon, and the duo seemed to be having a very intense conversation in between bites of Chinese food.

We know Miley has a thing for hanging out with slightly older people (e.g., her sister Brandi, 21, and her BFF Mandy, also 21), so perhaps that's the reason the Disney starlet's parents don't seem to mind their 16-year-old daughter spending time with a 20-year-old underwear model?
