Hours before the show Miley tweeted, "Think I'm gonna take one more nap before the BIG show here in SLC. My throat is yelling at me to SHUT UP. Strep is the worst thing ever."

Miley reclaimed the mic about 15 minutes later, but it sounds like she's still unsure about her show in Omaha later this week. Miley posted the following message earlier today, "Keep your fingers crossed Omaha. I am not feeling to [sic] good this morning....Back to sleep. Night night."

After his arrest on Saturday in Switzerland for the 32 year-old charge of rape in the US, famed director Roman Polanski has asked to be paroled and confined to the walls of his luxurious Swiss chalet.

In case you weren't old enough to follow the rape case when it happened in the late 70's, here's some background and an extended excerpt from the jury trial transcripts.

The 13 year-old girl who was raped by Polish director Roman Polanski more than three decades years ago, gave the gruesome details of the incident in her 1977 testimony. Samantha Geimer was forced to give a very adult account of that night at Jack Nicholson's home:

Prosecutor: "What did he say to you that indicated to you that he had an interest in photographing you?"
Samantha Geimer: "He showed me a Vogue magazine that he had done and he said, 'Would you like me to take your pictures?'"
"At any time did you pose without a top?"
"Yes."
"At that time were you wearing a bra?"
"No."
"So you were bare from the waist up?"
"Yes."
"Was that at his request or did you volunteer to do that?"
"That was at his request…
"I think I said I was thirsty. And he went in the kitchen and this refrigerator… and he got out a bottle of champagne. And he said, 'Should I open it?'

While various online reports say Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel have split, X17online can report exclusively that the couple is hot off a romantic weekend getaway in Santa Barbara!

On Monday night, Justin and Jessica went to dinner at Olio e Limone restaurant in Santa Barbara, and a source inside the eatery tells X17online exclusively:

"They tried to fly under the radar when they sat down for their meal, but they certainly didn't act like a couple who had just broken up! Justin and Jessica held hands and gazed into each others eyes during dinner, and they seemed very relaxed. No signs of drama here!"

As if a romantic dinner wasn't enough to quash the breakup rumors, the two spent the entire day in their hotel room at the Bacara on Tuesday, and they dipped out only for an hour-long spa visit. Hmm, sure doesn't sound like something a broken up couple would do! Later that night, the duo left around 7:30pm in Justin's black Audi S8, and while we haven't seen them since then, it sure sounds like they mended whatever fences they broke with their lux weekend vacay!

And even though a mutual pal of the couple tells Us Weekly that two have split, they added, "There's no way of knowing if it's a firm breakup, because with them it's so hot and cold."

Judging from their weekend excursion, sounds like these two are a hot couple again!

That's right, the Meet the Parents franchise is far from over!

Paul Weitz is directing the third installment entitled Little Fockers, which will involve Ben Stiller's character and wife having kids, and Jessica Alba is in negotiations to play "an attractive pharmaceutical rep whose looks wreak havoc on the males," reports THR's Risky Biz blog.

Robert De Niro will also return and the film will likely have a summer 2010 release date.

So why are they adding Alba to the mix? Basically because Universal needs a hit and, since the story is more about babies and family this time around, Alba's presence might help "rope in young men."
