Looks like Leighton Meester's just joined a new Entourage!

The Gossip Girl hottie - she plays Blair on the hit show - was in La La Land yesterday to shoot an episode of Entourage with star Adrian Grenier at Urth Caffe.

You might recall Leighton playing virginal pop-singer Justine Chapin, who went out on a date with Vincent Chase in the show's first season.

Can't wait to see her big return now that she's all grown up!

Looks like Thursday nights at Foxtail is the A-List place to be!

From the Hiltons and the Maddens to Janet Jackson and beau Jermaine Dupri, Ryan Phillippe, Amanda Bynes, Adrian Grenier (who gave the paps lighting advice), B.A.P.E designer Nigo, and to complete our night - Brittny Gastineau parties with Mom Lisa!

The pop icon performed a little concert at Green Door last night and all of Hollywood came to watch! Melanie Griffith arrived with daughter Dakota, and we also spotted Bill Maher, Adrian Grenier, Riley Keough (Elvis' granddaughter, pictured above w/pals) and party queen herself, Tara Reid! Who can go from looking classy...

But no one said fun was cheap! Tickets were 200 bucks and tables were three grand each!

Has Adrian Grenier traded one Entourage for another?

Yesterday, Adrian went behind the lines to join the paparazzi for a day and see what their work life's like. The star fit in just fine - his two police escorts, too!

But Grenier wasn't simply sitting back and observing - when celebs (for instance, Brooke Shields or Eva Longoria) came around, he jumped right into the thick of the action to get the shots!

(Unfortunately, in the process of accruing all that hands-on experience, the star must have gotten a little on-foot experience, too - after Brooke took off, he started complaining about someone having stomped on his toes!)

Later on, during some downtime, Grenier turned the cameras on the paps and started interviewing them. He asked some really good questions, too - hey, if this whole massively-rich-superstar gig doesn't work out, he's obviously got a future in celebrity journalism!

That Adrian Grenier is so clever. This isn't even the first (or second) time he's hid behind his message!

The Entourage star was taking a break from shooting his popular TV show in Hollywood the other day, and in between eating ice cream he found time to deliver a message right in front of his face!

"What am I distracting you from?" - on a TV screen.

Well... what?!

Ryan Phillippe was hiding behind his hat while leaving Foxtail, Adrian Grenier was hiding behind his cause at Villa, and poor Tara Reid was trying to hide while being denied!

The C-Lister had to wait an interminable time behind the velvet rope (one pap even commented on the "uncomfortable silence" as she waited for the door guy to give her the yea or nay), before she eventually got her entourage in, while the onlookers applauded!

Meanwhile, Brittny Gastineau, in a tie-dyed dress, breezed right in! Since when does one or two measly shows on E! trump American Pie and countless plastic surgery disasters? Ok, Brittny was solo, so maybe that helped.

Oh, and we also got a few words from porn legend Ron Jeremy.

As the star of Entourage, we're sure Adrian has no trouble picking up chicks - even with a tiny hybrid!

Grenier, in his never-ending passionate plea to go green, made the most of his celebrity status in Hollywood last night, not only pulling some fine women (which he packed into his Prius), but promoting his "Green is Gold" campaign to the paps!

We're as big a fans of going green as Grenier (hey, I drive a Prius, too!) but do you think Grenier should continue to use his fame to crusade for the environment or should he give it a rest already?

Normally, pretty-boys should be seen and not heard, but when someone is as passionate about going green as Adrian Grenier, we can't help but be even more obsessed!

The Entourage charmer even paused his talk with paps (which covered everything from "green gifts" to documentaries to politics) to take a picture with a fan. And when we say "take" a picture, we mean not only did Adrian pose, but he even snapped the pic himself!

Sigh.

... Adrian Grenier added a few new members to his Entourage! The TV star drew quite the crowd as he tried to make his way back to his car from the Green Door - including an accordion player and a giant...tree...looking...guy? (Unfortunately for the befoliaged freak, his long legs kept him from keeping stride with Adrian - hey, it ain't easy being green!)

Elsewhere, we spotted Jason Davis gettin' down with his bad (and thinner!) self, Macy Gray leaving with her girls, and Bai Ling giving everyone a heads-up about her new movie "Long Range". We also bumped into Seth McFarlane jokingly signing Stewies for fans, although he got serious once the subject turned to today's primaries. Good thing, too - voting's no laughing matter!

Looks like Adrian's found himself the perfect strike job.

After all, who could resist a smile when you have those beautiful baby blues staring back at you?

We're having Italy flashbacks! Lindsay Lohan was spotted with a new shopping buddy this weekend, hitting up X1V Karats in Beverly Hills before heading to another store on La Cienega... where a shopgirl helps escort her out! Is this boy a new toy for the 21-year-old or just a pal? You decide!

LiLo was also with Entourage star Adrian Grenier earlier this weekend... hmm, wonder why! Are they becoming closer or does it have something to do with that documentary he's making?

We spotted Adrian Grenier having some fun in the sun in Australia yesterday afternoon. Looks like he left the Entourage at home, though - his only companion was a bikini-clad beach babe! (Wonder what Paris would say about that?)

Forget E, Turtle and Drama, Adrian's new Entourage seems to be a camera crew (and the occasional visit from a newly civic-minded Paris Hilton.) I thought he was making a doc about the paparazzi, so why is he hiding?

Is that Hailey Duff leaving Il Sole looking, well, sorta maybe semi-attractive? Cut out my tongue if I'm wrong! Meanwhile we spotted tons others at Les Deux, including Adrian Grenier - who's been seen out and about a LOT lately, but where was Paris? - David Weintraub, and Hilary Duff, with sis Hailey arriving soon after. Just another day in the life of famous sisters! And is one getting inexplicably prettier than the other? Hmm...

After posing for a few dozen photos outside of the Malibu Beach House on Saturday, Paris Hilton and new BFF (and perhaps more?) Adrian Grenier headed out to catch a flick at the Landmark Theater. But this wasn't just some cheesy date flick, mind you - the couple went to see Taxi To The Dark Side, a new documentary about the ongoing practice of torture at Guantanamo Bay. Judging by Adrian's impassioned response when we bumped into the pair after the movie, it must have been quite a movie - heck, even Paris couldn't stay aloof from its message! (Kinda puts Lynwood in perspective, huh?)
