The TV star drew quite the crowd as he tried to make his way back to his car from the Green Door - including an accordion player and a giant...tree...looking...guy? (Unfortunately for the befoliaged freak, his long legs kept him from keeping stride with Adrian - hey, it ain't easy being green!)

Elsewhere, we spotted Jason Davis gettin' down with his bad (and thinner!) self, Macy Gray leaving with her girls, and Bai Ling giving everyone a heads-up about her new movie "Long Range". We also bumped into Seth McFarlane jokingly signing Stewies for fans, although he got serious once the subject turned to today's primaries. Good thing, too - voting's no laughing matter!
