We just snapped Victoria's Secret babe Alessandra Ambrosio strutting her stuff on the beach in St. Barth and we're completely blown away. Girlfriend had a baby five months ago, but you'd never know it from looking at these sizzling shots!

The superdupermodel is in the Caribbean shooting the latest Victoria's Secret catalog (rough life, eh?), and we're happy to see her back at work!

Yup, we've got another baby to add to the list! Victoria's Secret hottie Alessandra Ambrosio gave birth to a baby girl, Anja Louise Ambrosio Mazur on Sunday in Brazil. This is her first child with longtime boyfriend Jamie Mazur.

The supermodel released the following statement:

"To all of our family and friends, we are pleased to announce that our little princess Anja Louise Ambrosio Mazur was born on Sunday August 24 at 7:32 p.m. She is 6.3 pounds and absolutely perfect. She hasn't cried once except for a second when they pulled her out. We have now felt a new kind of love and joy that we never knew existed."

And get this - Alessandra plans to be ready for the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show this November!

"The sexiest night on television" (aka the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show) will return to CBS this fall, and take place in sunny, sexy Miami at the luxurious Fontainebleau Miami Beach.

Victoria’s Secret supermodels Heidi Klum, Adriana Lima, Marisa Miller (who was recently voted #1 on Maxim's Hot 100 list) and Miranda Kerr, among others, will strut their stuff down the catwalk in the holiday-themed lingerie runway show. The show will also include musical performances (past performers include Justin Timberlake, Seal the Spice Girls) as well as red carpet interviews, model profiles and a behind-the-scenes peek at everyone's favorite fashion show.

Noticeably absent from the show will be one of our fav Victoria's Secret angels, Alessandra Ambrosio, who is due to have a baby with boyfriend Jamie Mazur later this year.

You think a little partying (we hope there was not alcohol involved!) takes the edge off being pregnant?!

Okay, this is just getting ridiculous - Alessandra Ambrosio's officially been pregnant for months now, and she's still looking painfully hot!

In fact, the Victoria's Secret model was looking so good yesterday afternoon that she ended up attracting the attention of nearly every pap in town! Alessandra had stopped by Kitson with her sister to do a little shopping, but the paps just couldn't keep away once they heard the news. By the time she left, Robertson Boulevard was filled with shutterbugs - even Alessandra was saying that it felt like being back on the runway!

Unfortunately, Alessandra got a reality check a few minutes later when a cop ordered her to pull her car to the side of the road. Amazingly, the cop still ended up giving Alessandra a ticket - what, she couldn't flirt her way out of it?

Well, it's no secret that the Victoria's Secret model was impregnated by her boyfriend, Jamie Mazur, but we do wish she'd tell us what her secret to looking so hot ALL the time is!

Alessandra paid a visit to the Ed Hardy warehouse, where she changed from a beautiful spring maxi-dress into an equally cute mini-dress.

If not for that side-shot, you'd be barely able to see the baby-bump!

Not that the two have to be mutually exclusive (just look at Angelina), but Alessandra, who can't be more than a few months along, was lookin' mighty fine at the Superbowl party at Spago last night with her babbydaddy Jamie Mazur.
