We spotted Heroes starlet Ali Larter heading out of Neil George Salon in Beverly Hills yesterday afternoon... with her hair wet, slicked back and looking, well, like that!

Shouldn't your hair look FANTASTIC when leaving, ya know, a hair salon? Ask for some gel or hair spray next time, Ali!

Ali horsed around outside of Il Sole last night after diner with her boyfriend, actress Christine Lakin and Christine’s boyfriend, director Andy Fickman! Was this just a casual dinner amongst friends or were they talking business? I guess with Ali’s summer hiatus from Heroes starting, we’ll just have to wait and see!
