Awwwww, the nasty weather certainly didn't rain on Alyson Hannigan's parade yesterday!

We caught the always chipper actress and her 2-month-old daughter out and about in Hollywood, and not only is Alyson looking absolutely fabulous, but we finally caught a peek at little Satyana's face.

Maybe not the most gorge woman, but damn cute and she seems to be taking the mother role seriously! Looks happy too. Never ever seen her scowl, so good on her!
