With all the furor surrounding Miley Cyrus' racy Vanity Fair photos this week, it's nice to see that some young actresses aren't interested in controversy - for instance, Amanda Bynes!

We caught up with the smiling starlet at Mr. Chow last night, where she pleasantly smiled and signed autographs as she waited on the valet. Looks like the only controversial thing about Amanda's exit was how cute she looked - and hey, that's hardly news!

Looks like Thursday nights at Foxtail is the A-List place to be!

From the Hiltons and the Maddens to Janet Jackson and beau Jermaine Dupri, Ryan Phillippe, Amanda Bynes, Adrian Grenier (who gave the paps lighting advice), B.A.P.E designer Nigo, and to complete our night - Brittny Gastineau parties with Mom Lisa!

Amanda Bynes was humbled at the amount of photogs outside of Beverly Hill's Jessica Galvan salon trying to get a snap of the newly brunette starlet (do we like?), saying she was "flattered" at the attention but that she's really "not that cool!"

We have to disagree with the star of Hairspray, She's the Man and Sydney White (among other things), Amanda's down-to-earth attitude just might make her the coolest chick in the 'hood!

Since this was potentially the only opportunity for high fashion on the red carpet, Hollywood pulled out all the stops at the SAG Awards.

Well, all the stops but one. Anyone notice how virtually no one wore a necklace on the red carpet? Ever since Natalie Portman showed up bare to the 2006 Golden Globes, it seems Hollywood has abandoned decorating their décolletage.

Let's take a look:

From the dress to the hair, Christina got it all right. The only thing missing was, well, a necklace.

I like Amanda's dewy, understated makeup, but the hair's not so flattering and that dress does nothing to show off her amazing figure!

Talk about throngs of fans! The teenage cast of Hairspray (well, mainly Zac Efron) was greeted with a thunderous applause from screaming admirers (well, mainly teenage girls) while promoting the upcoming film at Kitson in Beverly Hills this Sunday. Personally, we think Amanda Bynes looks the cutest, but whatever! Stars Nikki Blonsky, Elijah Kelley and Hayley Podschun were also in attendance. You too won't be able to stop the beat when the movie hits theaters this Friday!

You couldn't stop the beat, or escape the hairspray fumes, at the Hairspray red carpet premiere in Westwood this week. The star studded cast - featuring an array of celebrities, old and new - all showed their faces (and perfectly coiffed hair). I was lucky enough to be at the premiere myself, and Amanda Bynes - shown above, looking glamorous in green - was definitely the sweetest of the young stars. Zac Efron, on the other hand, didn't talk to many fans. Perhaps he was worried his extreme(ly fake) tan would melt if he stayed out in the sun too long?Kelly Preston isn't in the movie, but she looks cute next to husband and star John Travolta - who stopped to sign autographs and take pics with nearly every one of his adoring fans - and the eternally stunning Michelle Pfeiffer.

The best part of the night, however, was a surprisingly raunchy line I heard come out of a 10-year-old girl. She commented - "How interesting! John Travolta: Super nice. Zac Efron: Douche!"
