We're not trying to judge Amy too harshly, everyone has a bad hair day! Luckily, hers is occurring on the set of the new Grey's Anatomy spinoff, Private Practice, in which Amy Brenneman currently co-stars.
Hope the series is better than that horrible pseudo-pilot they aired last spring!

well, i've been looking really hard at this picture to see if i can spot anything remotely ugly about her hair or her face, but no. i can't find anything. her hair is cute, she has nice features and good skin. honestly, i really have no idea what you're talking about. the woman is naturally beautiful.
