Amy Winehouse To Spend Christmas Alone?
Looks like Amy Winehouse is facing one unhappy Christmas - the Daily Mail is reporting that her husband Blake Fielder-Civil may be spending the holidays behind bars! Yesterday was Fielder-Civil's bail hearing for his role in a "conspiracy to pervert the course of justice" (!!!) consisting of a plot to bribe a witness into not testifying against him; after an hour-long hearing, the judge denied Fielder-Civil's request and sent him back to jail. Amy, as you can imagine, was broken up - the Mail reports that she "smudged her traditional black eye make-up as she wiped away the tears and blew kisses at her husband, repeatedly mouthing "I love you"," while Fielder-Civil "put his hand against the side of his face and mouthed to his wife: "I'll phone you baby."" Although the story of Blake's transgression is certainly disturbing, we can't help but feel for these two - it's just such a sad story!
This really is terrible news for Amy - after all, if Blake ends up being convicted, he faces a life sentence!
