Blake Files For Divorce, Wants Half!?!

After seeing pix of a clean, sober and happy Amy Winehouse canoodling with another man in St. Lucia, Blake Fielder-Civil wants a divorce and is going after his wife's 15 million dollar fortune!

Granted, Amy has declared that she's completely "forgotten" about her husband, but does the man who apparently introduced this talented artist to hard drugs deserve any of her hard-earned cash?

According to the Mail, Fielder-Civil has hired a lawyer and instructed him to file for divorce on the grounds of Amy's infidelity.

You just know they never signed a pre-nup, so Amy better watch her recently filled-out ass!

I hope she keeps her money far away from Blake!
