It was in bergen, not oslo.

It is not legal to smoke pot in Norway (and its not legal to smoke inside anyhow, and she smoked inside her hotel room..). Why should they relax about it? If it was a “normal” person, he/she would still get the same treatment. She broke the law, that’s the way it is. And she had to spend the night because she was so “lost” they could not get contact with her until 11 pm. (so I guess it was not only pot). The police said she behaved excellent, and the next day she held her concert as planned. (And as someone already mentioned, it was in Bergen, not in Oslo….)

She is the most individual and amazing talent we have seen in decades. If you fucking dumb yanks can't see past her "hook nose" or personal issues to see that then more fool you. You're missing out on two great albums with hopefully many more to follow! She's a legend in the making.

Amy Winehouse and Blake Fielder-Sivil both got arrested at the hotel they stayed at (Hotel Norge in Bergen Norway). They were heavily under the influence, Amy not even being able to speak. Police arrested Amy and Blake for possession of Marijuana (7 grams was found on Amy), which is illegal in Norway. Police say they behaved great and accepted the 500euro fine they received. Norway has very strict rules when it comes to alcohol, tobacco and drugs. Amy and Blake got the same treatment as anyone else. So there you have your facts..
