Nov 28, 2012 07:00 AM

wwe081111_16_230.jpgAngus T. Jones has decided to sing a different tune on Tuesday as the Two And A Half Men actor backtracked from and apologized for his comments about the show.

Just one day after a video of Jones calling his show filth and urging viewers not to watch, he issued an apology to the show and its creators.

"Without qualification, I am grateful to and have the highest regard and respect for all of the wonderful people on Two and a Half Men whom I have worked and over the past ten years who have become an extension of my family," Jones said in a statement yesterday. "Chuck Lorre, Peter Roth and many others at Warner Bros. and CBS are responsible for what has been one of the most significant experiences in my life to date. I thank them for the opportunity they have given and continue to give me and the help and guidance I have and expect to continue to receive from them."

His apology comes just a day after he was seen making comments disparaging the show and its contents in a new video for Forerunner Chronicles on YouTube.

Angus T. Jones' mom believes that her famous son is being "exploited" by the Seventh-day Adventist church.

Jones, 19, joined the hit show Two and A Half Men back in 2003, and in a new video for the Forerunner Chronicles, the young star tells viewers, "If you watch Two and a Half Men, please stop watching. I'm on Two and a Half Men and I don't want to be on it."

Carey Jones, Angus' mom, released the following statement: "I'm concerned he's being exploited by the church."

Jones, who makes $350K per episode, describes his show as "filth." He goes on to say:

"Please stop watching it and filling your head with filth. People say it’s just entertainment. Do some research on the effects of television and your brain, and I promise you you’ll have a decision to make when it comes to television and especially with what you watch on television ... it's bad news."

The show's co-creator Chuck Lorre and Warner Bros. have yet to issue a statement.

Angus T. Jones Slams Two And A Half Men, Says He Doesn't Want To Be On The Show

Nov 26, 2012 02:40 PM

Charlie Sheen would be proud! Er, maybe...

Two And A Half Men star Angus T. Jones appears in a new video for Forerunner Chronicles on YouTube, and when he's not talking about religion or his childhood, the 19-year-old is slamming the CBS sitcom.

"If you watch Two and a Half Men, please stop watching Two and a Half Men," the actor says in the clip. "I'm on Two and a Half Men, and I don't want to be on it. Please stop watching it, and filling your head with filth." I guess there's no way anyone could twist his words around here!

"People say it's just entertainment. Do some research on the effects of television and your brain, and I promise you you'll have a decision to make when it comes to television, especially with what you watch," he continued. "Jake from Two and a Half Men means nothing."

But seeing as he reportedly makes $300,000 per episode, should he reallllly be complaining this much? Or have they dropped his rate? And what does creator Chuck Lorre have to say about this!?

He's only 17, but Two and a Half Men star Angus T. Jones managed to steal the show from some huge wrestling giants.

Learning from his former co-star Charlie Sheen, the once husky child actor was flanked by gorgeous ladies at the WWE SummerSlam Kick-Off Party at the Andaz Hotel in West Hollywood Thursday.

First Angus got to hang out with Modern Family's Ariel Winter, then WWE stars Beth Phoenix and Natalya planted wet ones on him. Lucky dude!

Ariel was spotted chatting up Angus back in May too, but don't get the wrong idea - there's a four year age difference between them!

As for his sitcom, Angus claims that the transition from Charlie to new Two and a Half Men addition Ashton Kutcher was seamless, but he wishes he could still have his former TV uncle around. Angus told E!, "For sure I miss Charlie. I talk to him every now and then. I still want to hang out with him and stuff. We're still friends. There's no hard feelings at all."

We can't wait to see if all is as simple as Angus is making the change seem!
