Stern, Eroshevich And Kapoor Will Stand Trial In Anna Nicole Smith Drug Case

The judge in the hearing evidence against Howard K. Stern, Dr. Khristine Eroshevich and Dr. Sandeep Kapoor in the Anna Nicole Smith drug case has decided that the three will stand trial for their alleged hands in the starlet's death.

The three defendants have pled "not guilty" to illegally conspiracy to prescribe, administer and dispense controlled substances to an addict.

They will return to court to argue their case before a jury on December 11th.

Anna Nicole was a trashy gold-digger who wanted fame without work and talent. She used and abused people to get what she wanted. She didn't love nor respect anybody, including herself.

I am happy to see Howard Stern, her supposed "best friend", be tried for helping keep Anna Nicole suplied and doped up. It was so painful to watch her on drugs during her show and in public appearances. He was the reason for her being so screwed up all the time. Howard is going to have fun behind bars-where he belongs!!!!!!!!!
