Anne Hathaway may have split with her boyfriend after his latest legal troubles came to light, but a pal of Raffaello Follieri says she actually may be the reason for his recent arrest!
According to the NY Daily News, Follieri's friend suspects that Anne may have ratted out her ex to the Feds.
"It makes sense," the pal told the News. "She's referred to as his former girlfriend in the indictment even though her spokesman never confirmed they broke up."
He goes on to suggest that in exchange for her cooperation, they waited to arrest Follieri until she was out of the country.
So did Anne finally Get Smart and do the right thing? Or should she have stood by her man?
Seems like Anne finally got smart about her guy and got out before it was too late!
