By contrast, I DEEPLY resent the fact that Jessica and her dad conspired to make sure People put a photo of she and Tony on the cover as well. It is a tremendous insult to my intelligence. They can put a pick of them having sex on the cover and I STILL won't believe that he's in love with her or that they're even still together for more than a pity date or a cheap romp. No one is into Jessica Simpson because every guy she dates learns on the first day that she is the most extraordinarily narcissitic, shallow, famewhore on the planet. She had her chance at real love and she let her insane, meddling father AND her insanely short-sighted ego talk her into trading him in for what she presumed would be "something better". She dumped all over Nick and her fans and now she will have to live with the consequences. She isn't the sweet little Christian princess we all thought her to be at all. She is as selfish, cold, and calculating as her money-hungry dad and unless she undergoes a serious character make-over, she will continue to deserve nothing better than a life of being bedded by guys who are merely looking for a few trashy rolls in the hay.
