Yesterday we caught Ashley Tisdale at the pump, and while we weren't surprised to see her shelling out nearly 60 bucks to fill up her Mercedes SUV, we couldn't believe how dressed down she was! Then again, this inclement (and unusual) LA weather is totally making us want to curl up and crawl into our fav sweats too...
