Ok...The before picture she has blond hair, that could be why she looks so different. Also, it takes 6-12 months to see the final result on nose jobs (speaking from experience). Her nose will change ad it is still swollen. Give girl a break!

Her nose looks completely different, she didn't just get a deviated septum fixed. Her nose used to be flat and you didn't see her nostrils at all, now her nose sticks up in the air and you could drive trucks up her nostrils.

This was a bad nose job. Fixing a deviated septum does not change the appearance of your nose. People here defending it have no idea what they are talking about.

And I have 3 friends who had deviated septum surgery, and only one came out with a different nose because she elected to have a nose job during the process. My other two friends had the exact same nose because they just had their deviated septum corrected.

did you know it's common for babies to have their nose broken when they are born and it's not detected, but shows up years later to cause problems? post surgery takes 6 months to a year for everything to get back to normal. also need to note that Owen Wilson is praised to the high heavens for his good looks! need i say more!

Personally, I think she looked better with her old nose- it had character. But it's really not fair to compair this pic to the old one- she obviously looks much better with blonde hair, a tan, and makeup. And yes, her dog is too cute!
