An All-American Reject, that is!

Newly single singer Avril Lavigne was in Las Vegas at the Bank nightclub a couple weeks ago, partying with Tyson Ritter, lead singer of The All-American Rejects. The two made an impromptu appearance on stage and sang his band's hit, "Gives You Hell," together. But that's not what Tyson's been blabbing to the press about!

Tyson says the two went to a strip club together! Awww, our little, innocent Avril? YES!

Avril only recently filed for divorce from hubby Deryck - frontman for Sum 41 - back in October of last year.

Sounds like she only falls for lead singer of bands! Could she and Tyson officially be a couple???

Yesterday we caught Avril Lavigne shopping at Barneys in Beverly Hills, and the punky pop princess looked like she's put on a few pounds. Hey, not like thats a bad thing, maybe actually eating something will make Av less of a grump? It seems to be working already!

Less than two weeks after filing for divorce, it looks like Avril Lavigne is on the market for a new pad, and the latest rumor is that she's looking to live with Mischa Barton's ex-boyfriend, Brandon Davis!

Avril and her "close friend" Brandon have reportedly been house hunting in Beverly Hills and Hollywood Hills this past week, and while there is no official confirmation that the duo are an item, various online reports claim that the two are in fact bumping uglies and looking to move in together!

We've spotted the two partying together over the past year (while Av was still married to Deryck, we might add!), but we have yet to catch the punky pop princess doing the walk of shame from Brandon's house. Then again, Deryck was spotted making out with a model last week, so it wouldn't surprise us if Avril was on the rebound and out for revenge. I guess Brandon fits the bill?

A source tells In Touch Weekly, "Avril is selling her home where she lived with Deryck, while Brandon still lives in his family's Bel-Air mansion ... They both needed a place to live, so they decided to move in together. She and Brandon aren't sure where the romance is headed. But Brandon has never lived with a woman before, so it's a big commitment on his part."

Eh, so what's next, shots of these two sucking face while leaving Voyeur at 2am? We'll keep you posted!

According to court documents, former pop star Avril Lavigne has filed for divorce from Deryck Whibley and has requested he be denied spousal support... ooh boy!

The reason behind the split? Irreconcilable differences, natch.

It seems like these two have been having problems for a while. At least they don't have a kid caught in the middle of this! Hopefully Avril will turn out an old school album now and Deryck can just disappear.

It’s been pretty obvious to everyone for months that these two were on the outs – but now Us reports Avril kicked her estranged hubby out of the 9.5 million dollar house they shared!

“She dumped him and told him she was leaving him. She wants to move on," a source told the mag. “Divorce papers will be filed any day now."

Kicking your man out on the street is kinda harsh - did Deryck do something to deserve that kind of treatment? Or is Avril just a cold-hearted snake?

Avril Lavigne is the latest superstar to be added to the long list of guest celebrity judges for the ninth season of FOX's hit reality competition American Idol.

Lavigne, along with pop phenom Katy Perry will each spend one day critiquing aspiring singers when the show films its callback audition episode in Los Angeles, according to Entertainment Weekly.

Other guest judges scheduled to appear on the show this season include Victoria Beckham, Mary J. Blige, Neil Patrick Harris, Shania Twain, Kristin Chenoweth, and Joe Jonas.

Ahh, unfortunately they don't sell class at the Chanel store, but don't tell Avril that!

The punky princess was spotted at Chanel on Robertson yesterday, and shortly after that we caught her heading into a local liquor store with her gal pal! Hmm, someone knows how to have a good time! Or maybe she's drinking away her marital woes?

Aww, but at least she smiled for us! Do it more often, girl!

Not that we miss her or anything, but it's been so long since we've seen them together, and last night, Deryck looked a bit uncomfortable alone at Madeo (where he usually dines with his wife,) we just couldn't help but wonder if those rumors are true!

We adore the punk princess' grungy look, but damn, her hot blonde friend is GORGE! You forgot the #1 rule in the Celebrity handbook, Avril: Don't have your non-famous friends be more attractive than you are!

We're never shocked to see celebs flock to the beach on Memorial Day, but when we snapped punky pop princess Avril Lavigne hitting the waves yesterday, we were a little surprised. The singer was smiling and splashing around in the water like a normal 24-year-old, rather than one who has a history of spitting on photographers, among other things.

We have to ask though...doesn't it look like Avril has put on a few pounds? The last time we photographed her in a bikini, she was looking pretty svelte, but these pics look like a girl after she's put on her freshman 15. Too much partying perhaps?

Though technically, I guess it would be considered the rear exit...

We spotted the punky pop princess trying to sneak out the back of Koi last night, and for once, she looked like she was in a relatively pleasant mood. And for her, this is a pretty cute little outfit...has Av turned a new leaf?! Or perhaps things with the hubby are getting better?

Dun dun dun! We've heard rumors that these two were on the rocks for quite some time now, but we certainly haven't seen them do something like this before!

Last night, Deryck Whibley and some male pals arrived at MyHouse around midnight, and he left around 12:50am. When asked where his wifey was, the Sum 41 frontman remained totally silent. Normally we'd just leave it at that, but guess who showed up within minutes of Deryck's departure?

Yup, just before 1am, Avril Lavigne traipsed right into the Hollywood hotspot with...Brandon Davis?! Ew! And that's not even the worst part - our photographers spotted Avril sitting in his LAP when they left in a limo later.

We're not sure why Deryck and Avril would go to the same club at different times, but Avril hanging out with Brandon Davis? I know he's a mutual friend of both Paris and Av, but if I was Deryck, I'd be livid!

Think they're headed towards divorce, or did Deryck simply need a night away from his lady?

Married life may mellow out some people, but not Avril Lavigne! The punky pop princess partied at Bar Delux last night, and when she emerged with her girlfriends a few hours later, they all appeared to be in very good spirits, giggling and sporting Hello Kitty birthday hats. Maybe it had something to do with the spirits they drank?

Gotta wonder what has Avril's panties all in a bunch???

I don't always looooove Avril Lavigne's (seen here leaving Koi last night) attitude, but I do think the multi-colored stars on her "I'm so punk" sweatshirt are adorable.

Plus, how can you hate anyone that produces a pop classic like Girlfriend?

Nice to see her admit it. This kind of sort of almost makes me like her now.

Earlier this year, Avril denied rumors that she was carrying the pop/punk child of her Sum 41 hubby Deryck Whibley.

But now? We're not so sure...

We really only have two things to go off of:

1) She's being reeeeally careful to hide her belly with that loose dress and bulky sweater.

2) She's got her hand over said belly in almost every frame.

Whaddya think, is the world is ready for another Bronx Mowgli? Is Avril?
