Avril Lavigne celebrated with The Palms owner George Maloof - and a cupcake from The Cupcakery! - at Moon nightclub in Las Vegas after her sold-out show Tuesday night at The Pearl Concert Theatre. After 90 minutes of singing, unfortch, Avril lost her voice! She even let us know by writing it on her hand: "I can't talk - lost voice."
We hear you had to postpone your concert in SD tonight... get better, Avril, you don't wanna disappoint your fans!
We caught up with Avril Lavigne after she stopped by Live With Regis and Kelly in NYC on Monday. The punk-pop princess had just taped a segment with the dynamic duo, which will air on Wednesday, April 2nd.
She posed for some pictures and even signed a few autographs - looks like her fans are luckier than those of other celebs!
We admit it, we were fooled by some of Ashton Kutcher's stunts for his new show on E!, Pop Fiction, which gives celebs the chance to punk the media by pulling pranks on the paparazzi.
Last night, they revealed that Paris' shaman and Avril's baby bump were just stunts, and it got us thinking. What ELSE is a prank?

A pink-streaked Avril Lavigne and hubby Deryck Whibley shopped for baby items at Beverly Hills tot shop, Petite Tresor yesterday.
Armed with the requisite purse-in-front-of-belly, it was hard to tell if she's hiding a baby bump, but could her recent mellow demeanor be giving it away?
Ordinarily, Alli Sims going clubbing with Avril Lavigne would be more than enough star power for us - but during Grammy season, the stakes go up!
We thought for sure that Alli and a pink-locked Avril would be bringing the most starpower to Hyde on Saturday night when we saw them running up into the club together.

True, most of the conversation centered around how much the paparazzi annoy Avril and her husband Deryck Whibley - but hey, we can take it!
Besides, we don't get many chances to see the happy couple this, well, happy. Heck, Avril even chitchatted with our photog in French for a minute!
...down, that is. Page Six reports that the pink-haired singer was "visibly upset" on New Year's Eve when, while hosting at Prive nightclub, rapper 'Lil Jon "grabbed his own mike and stole the show" from Lavigne. Apparently, she was slated to call the countdown to 2008.
How rude! Avril clung to husband Deryck Whibley and cried, "I wanted to do the countdown!" Some Dom Perignon was brought over and she calmed down. Hey, when doesn't champagne make you feel better?

I thought these two would be mortal enemies (Paris once dated Avril's now husband Deryck Whibley), but I guess in Hollywood, once you've shared the same guy, you can certainly share the same car! Paris, her pretty boy-toy and Avril hung together at the opening of the new Hollywood hot-spot Goa last night. And although Paris had no problem hanging with her ex's current, there was one ex she probably didn't want to see last night: Stavros!
It didn't matter much, though, cuz Stavy couldn't even get through the door!

After the stress of the last couple days, Britney Spears decided to blow off some steam (and celebrate her would-be wedding anniversary?) by hitting up Hollywood hotspots with Avril Lavigne!!!
Britney arrived at Winston's at 11:30 with some other new friends, but an X17 inside source says once inside, Britney met up with Avril, cousin Alli Sims and Brandon Davis. After staying only about an hour, Britney and crew left, taking the party over to Hyde. According to our insider, Britney looked a bit down at the club; apparently even when the DJ played her new song, the pop princess never really perked up. Britney left about an hour later, headed for home. But on the way home, she decided to stop for some help, from the Beverly Hills Cops -- and Madonna! "Like a Prayer" was blasting out of Brit's car as she chatted with one of the police officers, who eventually provided an escort for her home.

Avril Lavigne stopped by new clubs Crimson and Opera last night with a few friends after dinner at Koi. From the looks of things, she had quite the fun time inside as well - good to know that even the most Opera devotee can still party like a rockstar!
The eternally bright and smiling Avril Lavigne was so happy to see us in Hollywood yesterday, she opened up to us about life, love, her music and her feelings on being accused of plagiarism in a heartfelt talk over cupcakes and ice-blendeds.*
*Sarcasm.
What in the world could have convinced Avril Lavigne's entourage to accuse our photographers of stealing her van's keys yesterday in Paris? (Senile dementia, perhaps? They're all older than her and Deryck put together!)
