Not that we miss her or anything, but it's been so long since we've seen them together, and last night, Deryck looked a bit uncomfortable alone at Madeo (where he usually dines with his wife,) we just couldn't help but wonder if those rumors are true!

Everybody's favorite sk8er girl Avril Lavigne hit up a gas station in Malibu to refuel after frolicking on the beach on Monday...

We adore the punk princess' grungy look, but damn, her hot blonde friend is GORGE! You forgot the #1 rule in the Celebrity handbook, Avril: Don't have your non-famous friends be more attractive than you are!

We're never shocked to see celebs flock to the beach on Memorial Day, but when we snapped punky pop princess Avril Lavigne hitting the waves yesterday, we were a little surprised. The singer was smiling and splashing around in the water like a normal 24-year-old, rather than one who has a history of spitting on photographers, among other things.

We have to ask though...doesn't it look like Avril has put on a few pounds? The last time we photographed her in a bikini, she was looking pretty svelte, but these pics look like a girl after she's put on her freshman 15. Too much partying perhaps?

Though technically, I guess it would be considered the rear exit...

We spotted the punky pop princess trying to sneak out the back of Koi last night, and for once, she looked like she was in a relatively pleasant mood. And for her, this is a pretty cute little outfit...has Av turned a new leaf?! Or perhaps things with the hubby are getting better?

Dun dun dun! We've heard rumors that these two were on the rocks for quite some time now, but we certainly haven't seen them do something like this before!

Last night, Deryck Whibley and some male pals arrived at MyHouse around midnight, and he left around 12:50am. When asked where his wifey was, the Sum 41 frontman remained totally silent. Normally we'd just leave it at that, but guess who showed up within minutes of Deryck's departure?

Yup, just before 1am, Avril Lavigne traipsed right into the Hollywood hotspot with...Brandon Davis?! Ew! And that's not even the worst part - our photographers spotted Avril sitting in his LAP when they left in a limo later.

We're not sure why Deryck and Avril would go to the same club at different times, but Avril hanging out with Brandon Davis? I know he's a mutual friend of both Paris and Av, but if I was Deryck, I'd be livid!

Think they're headed towards divorce, or did Deryck simply need a night away from his lady?

Married life may mellow out some people, but not Avril Lavigne! The punky pop princess partied at Bar Delux last night, and when she emerged with her girlfriends a few hours later, they all appeared to be in very good spirits, giggling and sporting Hello Kitty birthday hats. Maybe it had something to do with the spirits they drank?

Avril Lavigne gives he best "Don't f*** with me!" look as she is carried leaves club My House, Wednesday night.

Gotta wonder what has Avril's panties all in a bunch???

I don't always looooove Avril Lavigne's (seen here leaving Koi last night) attitude, but I do think the multi-colored stars on her "I'm so punk" sweatshirt are adorable.

Plus, how can you hate anyone that produces a pop classic like Girlfriend?

Nice to see her admit it. This kind of sort of almost makes me like her now.

Earlier this year, Avril denied rumors that she was carrying the pop/punk child of her Sum 41 hubby Deryck Whibley.

But now? We're not so sure...

We really only have two things to go off of:

1) She's being reeeeally careful to hide her belly with that loose dress and bulky sweater.

2) She's got her hand over said belly in almost every frame.

The always fashion forward (kidding!) Avril Lavigne hit up Guy's last night, and while I could dedicate an entire blog to her fug outfit, I am more shocked that she actually went out with her husband!

Lately, it seems like Avril has been partying her little Canadian butt off, and her husband is either nowhere to be found, or he's acting as the designated driver.

Avril Lavigne and Deryck Whibley dined at Madeo last night, and we're shocked - we had no idea Avril was capable of smiling and laughing more than once a month!

A slew of celebs went to Bardot last night, but out of everyone, it looks like Avril Lavigne might have had the best time! The Canadian singer arrived with Brandon Davis (random, right?!) and was picked up around 1:45am by her hubby Deryck Whibley. Av stumbled out of the club, and made a series of sexy, drunken faces as she made her way to the waiting SUV.

Dan Aykroyd, Rachel Leigh Cook, Ali Simms, Jesse McCartney and the former Miss France Valerie Begue were there as well. What a...fun group!

Her reality show's not over yet (we even spotted her hanging out with the remaining contestants at the AMAs and afterward), but it looks like socialite Paris Hilton has already found a Best Friend Forever in punk singer Avril Lavigne!

The two girls partied at Villa this past Friday - although it's not the first time they've hung out together. Random that they'd get along, right? What do they have in common? Aside from the fact that Paris just broke up with Benji and Avril has been rumored to be on the rocks with her hubby...

At the very least, it looks like Nicole Richie's been replaced!

Ok, they're not THAT bad, but really, Avril as an Emo Geisha? Deryck as the Joker in Creepers?

Avril Lavigne attempted to keep a low profile by going out with her to hubby (so much for those breakup rumors, right?) to Madeo the other night, one of the most popular, celeb-friendly restaurants in Beverly Hills. What a shock to find the paps waiting outside! Or was this just a ploy to prove that their relationship isn't on the rocks?

Even though this pop "star" has gradually become more fake and annoying over the years, we still kinda dig Avril's punk look. Do you?
