X17 XCLUSIVE - AVRIL AND DERYCK SEPARATED?!

Dun dun dun! We've heard rumors that these two were on the rocks for quite some time now, but we certainly haven't seen them do something like this before!

Last night, Deryck Whibley and some male pals arrived at MyHouse around midnight, and he left around 12:50am. When asked where his wifey was, the Sum 41 frontman remained totally silent. Normally we'd just leave it at that, but guess who showed up within minutes of Deryck's departure?

Yup, just before 1am, Avril Lavigne traipsed right into the Hollywood hotspot with...Brandon Davis?! Ew! And that's not even the worst part - our photographers spotted Avril sitting in his LAP when they left in a limo later.

We're not sure why Deryck and Avril would go to the same club at different times, but Avril hanging out with Brandon Davis? I know he's a mutual friend of both Paris and Av, but if I was Deryck, I'd be livid!

Think they're headed towards divorce, or did Deryck simply need a night away from his lady?



C'mon guys, work it out! You're such a cute couple!

BULLSHIT!!!! Where are the pictures of her on his lap? Your photographer saw it but he didn't take pictures. Yeah right!!!!! Good one!!! So in other words the photographer is a dumbass or that story is BULLSHIT!!!!!

Does Avril know that Brandon Davis is cut off by his family already? What a Canadian dork!

She is like one of those D-list failed models or self-claimed models hoping to get some $ or connection out of Brandon. They are hoping someday Brandon Davis' family will take him back. Keep wishing.

In the meantime, Brandon sets his eyes on Avril's money since he is cut off by his family. After boning so many failed models, you think he is really enjoying dwarf Avril?

Brandon Davis is not the one she walks out off the club holding arms with. Get glasses, it´s Brandons brother Alexander Davis, and she have been hangin with him in St. Tropez. AND LOOK at Avrils friend (Jamie, just when they walk out, seems like she tries to stop Avril, but she like "I don´t fucking care". Maybe she only play around...
