A staffer from Flynet online told LaineyGossip, a reputable gossip blog, that the paps specifically from X17online camp outside of the Affleck-Garner house as early as 7:00am.
Jen does not have to call the paps they are already outside her home waiting to follow her everyday. According to the staffer, when the paps start thinning out by late morning, Ben and Jen leave to do things together without being followed. X17, where I come from that's called stalking, so stop hiding behind the old "if you don't want to be photographed don't go anywhere" crap because in reality they really have no choice but to be photographed no matter what they do, the 3 months that Jen was in Boston filming a movie earlier this year, there wasn't a single photograph of this family, because you did not know where to find her there. So you all at X17online can all F@ck Off and die!!!

If they move away I would really miss them. Besides they work here. Ben just shot a film here and Jen's production company is here and so is Ben's studio. I would miss them if they didn't live here. I love seeing them. I love them so much. They are my favorite celeb couple. I do think there should be a limit though to the paparazzi madness. They seem to cross the line with these people. Why can't you guys use your long lenses and not invade their immediate space? That is beyond rude.

There are PLENTY of restaurants in LA where you can go, enjoy your meal, and no one will be any the wiser when you leave. Let's face it- we'd forget about all 3 of them pretty fast if they weren't being photographed.
