Ben and Jen don't look unhappy to me. They look like any other married couple doing normal every day things. Most couples don't walk around in public with permanent smiles on their faces. Next time you go out... Look at people's facial expressions when they are just going about their day. Most people facea are void of expression. That human nature. It doesn't mean they are unhappy.

Ben is always annoyed at the paps. He frowns and glares at them when he spots them taking pics of his family.

Ben looks like any other husband/father following his wife around while she is shopping. Men don't look all excited to be picking out fruit and veggies. They want to spend time with their families so they end in the Malls and Super-markets on the weekends. That's just the way normal married life is.

Ben may push the stroller from the side because he is 6 foot 3. His legs are so long, that they hit the bottom of the stroller when he walks. He has a long walk stride. Most tall people do. My brother does the same thing.

They look happy and relaxed and Jennifer is beautiful, just look at her skin, so clear and fine. She likes comfi clothes, just like I do! Well, Ben is looking much more relaxed now with this Jennifer, when he can just be himself, and show some of his other qualities. He used to be a little too energetic at times before though that was charming too. Now he is taking it so easy - except regarding the paps. I'm a fan of Ben, but Jennifer has reveeled out some new good sides of Ben's personallity, and as long as she keeps him happy, I'm all for her. And I'm sure he would not be staying together with her if he didn't love her anymore, kid involved or not.

For men woman´s pregnancy is still the best reason to get married (ready or not, in love or not), especially when a woman has a "good girl" reputation and everyone tells a man that he should marry this woman.
And people often stay married when they don´t love each other anymore, when they don´t even sleep with each other; they have affairs, they fall in love with someone else still being married. They stay together for many reasons: kids, reputation,money, or just because they don´t want ANOTHER scandal in their life.

Matt, I'm married, but you can't compare 'normal' peoples reasons to stay together with rich peoples. Ben is rich and he would never waste such a life full of opportunities by staying with the wrong girl, for the wrong reasons. He is intelligent enough to know, that even his kid would be better off with divorced parents, than with two parents, who don't love each other. Only poor or dependent people could sometimes feel 'forced' to stay together, even when love has gone. Don’t forget that Ben has all the choices in the world.

He did not have all the choices in the world. When he chose someone that his fan base wasn't too happy with he dumped her because it was affecting his career and his money. Being rich and famous doesn't mean that you might not marry the wrong person and stay for all the wrong reasons. Being a celeb doesn't mean you aren't human. He comes from a single parent home, he might have been compelled to choose someone who looked like right, e.g. Jennifer Garner, but realize too late, after many years invested and all the money that is tied up together, that he's not happy or in love and still stay there.
