Pitt Going on an Odyssey
Does the Jolie-Pitt clan ever slow down?
Variety has announced that Brad Pitt's signed on for another film, this one an adaptation of Homer's The Odyssey, which Pitt will produce (and possibly star) through his Plan B Productions.
If he does tackle the part, he'll be playing the same role best pal Clooney played in O Brother, Where Are Thou?, a comic, depression-era adaptation of the famous Homer poem.
After his performance as Achilles in Troy (another Homer adaptation), I think we can pretty much assume this portrayal will be much more serious than Clooney's.
But which will be more entertaining?
