Childhood star Brad Renfro, who first gained recognition as the lead in The Client, is dead - the Los Angeles County Coroner has just confirmed this to Access Hollywood.
Cause of death? Still unknown. The actor was just 25 years old, having starred in many films that include Apt Pupil and Ghost World.
Sad news, indeed.

I am very sad about this news and I was very shocked when I read this. He was one of my favorite actors and I always hoped that he would get the chance to salvage his career and now he is gone forever. Poor guy had such a struggle with drugs and thats probably what took his dear life!

it's reported he was drinking the night before and was reported to be heard snoring throughout the night. i wonder if he choked on his own vomit or had alcohol poisoning or something. it will be interesting to see what the coroners say.
