There was a caravan of approximately 50 police cars escorting the ambulance. Lynne Spears was photographed following the ambulance with an assistant driving and ADNAN sitting in the back. Alli and Sam were also trying to follow in their own cars, but the cops didn’t allow them to follow. The ambulance was heading into Los Angeles, probably toward the Cedar Sinai hospital.
