She is not allowed to control her own life since she is not mentally competent, she has to be supervised when she is with her babies since she is a danger to them and a court of law took them away. She is under a conservatorhip since at 26 she can't even run her own life, she is on meds and needs psychiatrists to try and fix her mind.
