For real. No self respecting district attorney is going to allow this case to be retried. The people have spoken! The ASSistant DA who tried this case will probably be cleaning out his desk by the end of the week for making a laughing stock and mockery out of the court in the first place. No way is this over. I knew they were going to do a mistrial. I told my dad that last night when him and I were talking about the jurors still not coming up with a decision. This trial however took way too long, and longer than it should have.

At least two of the jurors were prudent enough to realize that Shitney was in the wrong and should be penalized. She is a full-time resident of California and was required to obtain a driver's license within six months of taking up residency. She is completely in the wrong and should be held accountable for her misdeed. Once again, she is considered above the law, which is NOT RIGHT! If "average Joe" pulled this sort of stunt, he'd have been severely chastised, fined and perhaps given jail time. But not "Queen B". Too bad for the state of California...she should move back to the Louisiana swamps that she slithered out of 26+years ago.

Anyone who says Britney is being treated above the law obviously does not live in CA. In CA, if you are caught driving without a license and have a valid license by the time of your court date the case is dismissed with a $150 fine. NO PROBATION and definitely NO TRIAL. She is being treated differently. But anyone from CA realizes she is actually being treated harsher than the "average Joe". That was probably the logic of the 10 jurors who were favoring acquittal. If this was anyone else this would have never ended up in court.
