1) find there ISP. You can use whois.arin.net
2) Find the ISP security email which is listed in the whois databse
3) Send a simple letter/email with links to the offending material.
4) If the posts violate their terms of use, the site will be shut down immediately.

California has VERY strict internet/spam/cyber-bullying legislation. It is easy to do this to spammer's and sicko's to irritate them back. The site will be back up on another ISP within hours I would suspect.

Like I said, I would email the marketing department of each of their advertisers too. Take a screen shot of their product next to the racist post. If they do not respond, send the same posts to CNN, FOX news, etc.. as well as the local paper in the companies headquarter city.
