britney would look better and probably feel better if she did the following:

1) take out her extensions and grow her hair out. Let it be its natural color for awhile. No dyes, no blowdrying or straightening. Just give her hair a chance to get healthy again.

2) get her eyebrows professionally waxed every few weeks.

3) drink plenty of water and do not wear make up for awhile unless necessary, use face cleanser and then apricot scrub, then apply mosturizer with spf....her skin will thank her.

4) stop tanning. it is not only unhealthy and ages you, but looks ridiculous in the winter months.

5) try to add some healthy food to her diet, she will not only look better, but also feel better and have more energy. She obviously can spurlge and have some unhealthy foods, we would all be so unhappy if we couldnt splurge sometimes. She should do this plus some exercises a few times a week and not worry about if people call her fat, just let her body get to where her weight is supposed to be and a weight where she feels comfortable and healthy.

6) She should wear clothes that flatter her body and make her feel comfortable and that are also tasteful and not showing everything.

7) last but not least, quit smoking! and restrict her drinking to only on the weekend nights.

THERE HAVE BEEN A LOT OF RUMORS THAT JIVE RECORDS AND BRITNEY HAVE SPENT AROUND $100,000 TO BUY THOSE DOWNLOADS IN ORDER TO PUSH UP THE NUMBERS BIG TIME. THAT IS THEIR WAY OF PROMOTING THE NEW CD. THEY ARE THE ONES THAT ARE MAKING THOSE FAKE NUMBERS UP. BRITNEY REALLY DOES NOT HAVE HARDLY ANY FANS LEFT. JUST LOOKING AT HOW ALMOST ALL THE POSTS HERE ARE FROM NON-BRITNEY FANS PROVES THAT POINT. AND THIS IS A MAJOR BRITNEY FAN SITE BY THE WAY. THEY KISS HER ASS BIG TIME HERE (X17). SO IT IS EASY TO TELL THAT BRITNEY REALLY "IS" OVER. JIVE AND BRITNEY'S PEOPLE ARE THE ONES MAKING THOSE FAKE NUMBERS UP (THE #1 CRAP). HER NEW CD WILL "NOT" DO WELL SINCE REAL FANS WOULD HAVE TO BUY THOSE IN A STORE AND CAN'T FAKE IT LIKE THEY CAN ON iTUNES. Let's remember the history here. She didn't get the license in time to show it to the judge. She failed to test for alcohol and drugs as directed by the Court. She failed to attend individual counseling as ordered by the Judge. She failed to attend co-parenting sessions as directed by the Court. She decided not to show up for the Court hearing and NOW she misses the first visit with her children because "the intercom was broken" and mean old Kevin wouldn't let the driver bring the kids back. Give me a break! This woman has no intention of letting anything interfere with her self-indulgent party, not children, not courts, not public disgust, nothing is going to interfere with Britney's having her own way.
Britney Spears has more than $750,000.00 per month in income. That's more than 3/4 of a million dollars every month. That much money will keep her stoned enough that the kids are already a distant memory. They mean no more to her than the little dogs she totes around or her designer handbags or the McDonalds grease that fills her with such delight.
The only thing that will get through to her is if the public loses interest to the degree that the photographers are no longer following her and the media are no longer writing about her. Then she might make some effort. But once back in the limelight she would revert to type-selfish, spoiled, self-absorbed excuse for a human being. It is too late and it was already too late long ago.
