Britney and Kevin Head Back Into The Courtroom

Having been off in a private room for approximately the last hour, Britney and Kevin have just returned to the courtroom to resume proceedings.

One website reported the hearing had been ongoing but in fact Spears' and Federline's legal teams were meeting privately, outside the courtroom, as X17online reported earlier.

As Britney walked back into court, she was chewing on a coffee stirrer and holding onto her mother's hand.

Kevin Federline was accompanied back into the room by Mark Vincent Kaplan, who was trailed by a cart of legal documents.

The press is still being kept in the hallway due to family code 214, which states: "except as otherwise provided in this code or by court rule, the court may, when it considers it necessary in the interests of justice and the persons involved, direct the trial of any issue of fact joined in a proceeding under this code to be private, and may exclude all persons except the officers of the court, the parties, their witnesses, and counsel."

Stay tuned for more updates!

Come on Judge. Do the right thing for those kids. Don't change the visitation.

Posted by: Cal

Somebody - a lawyer, mother, father, Sam Lufti - always has to hold this incompetent twat's hand. She is not able to do anything by herself.

And Britards would like to convince us she is now a fit mother capable of taking care of her kids ...?!!!?!

Posted by: Unfitney should be locked up for good

So it is the "interest of justice" that people don't find out what a shitty mother she was?

Some justice.

Posted by: Anonymous

Britney is really crazy. She act like a child. Kevin will allow her to have more vist with the kids which is the right thing to do. She has them 9 hrs a week which is nothing.

Posted by: May

Think of those kids. ) hours is HELL for them. They don't need an animal like this for a mother. Why does everybody assume that if a person is a mother, she is automatically good for the kids?

Posted by: May

) hours was meant to be 9 hours.

Posted by: It is all about the $$$$$$

Man , K fed and Kaplan probably made another huge money amount off Britney. They probably tripped her up someone how and said see she is unfit , now make britney give me another $100,000.

Posted by: Anonymous

Fuck all you sorry haters. I am sure you are all a bunch of Mother Theresas who have never gone through rough times in you life and have never made any mistakes.

Shitney is an incompetent fat cow and an incontrollable spoilt talentless hick.

I HAVE TO GET OFF MOMMYS COMPUTER.I JUST MADE IN MY DORA THE EXPLORER UNDIES

Oh no, 12:07, I've made mistakes in my life. Everyone has. But this person isn't capable of being a mother to her kids. That's why they were taken from her, and why she has to be babysat 24/7. Your hero worship is blinding you.

Posted by: Cal

Well, fuck YOU, my dear 12:07. This blog is not about us. It's about that retard, Drugney.

It was not us who showed our naked coochies to the press, abused our kids, shaved our heads, lost the custody, slept with a sleazy pap, turned into Miss Piggy and generally lost our minds.

Posted by: Anonymous

Thank you, Cal. Finally a sane voice.

Posted by: The View

Britney is a better parent than Money Man K Fed . This is the reason why she wants more time with her kids.

Posted by: Anonymous

I HEARD HALLARK IS MAKING A SPECIAL CARD FOR BRITNEY THIS SUNDAY

IT IS A UNFIT MOTHERS DAY CARD

Posted by: Anonymous

12:16, you probably hear alot of things in that delusional mind of yours I bet.

Posted by: Anonymous

Yea k-fed is such a bad parent.

was he the one who held is son hostage????

Posted by: RAIN

again, people need to show britney some compassion. she is only human and has feelings too. how would you people feel if everytime you turned around there were cameras flashing in YOUR face. there is no one on the planet that would put themselves thru this much heartache. people say that she loves all the attention, what celebrity does not like attention? as far as that goes everyone likes it at some time. there is nothing wrong with that. that is her god given right to do as she pleases. but no matter how many good things she does not one gets mentioned. but you let something happen that one person thinks is not suitable, then everybody is all over britney. people just want to pick on her because of her situation. that is sad. people need to think of how they would feel, if they were put in her place, meaning..having your children taken from you, your every move made public and hounded 24/7. i for one would hate that, but still people say britney loves it, GET REAL PEOPLE!! she has no privacy at all.LEAVE HER ALONE.

Posted by: Vi

She truly disgusts me. This skanky self-absorbed selfish whore should disgust anybody in their right mind. She doesn't care about her kids and never did.

She made "some" mistakes?

Hell, it took her a year to be able to show in court and testify regarding her relationship with the kids and all the abuse that went on. She doesn't want to be held accountable, that's why. Not just in this particular case but she doesn't want to be held accountable for just about anything in her life.

Provide a link where anyone claimed that there was a hostage situation??

Provide a link where anyone claimed that there was a hostage situation??

Posted by: Kitty

I don't think that they should give her more custody at this time. However, I do think certain somebodies need to start paying their own court fees. There seem to be too many needless hearings.

Posted by: Anonymous

Thak u Vi

todays voice of reason.

to bad the britards has the IQ of wet sand

Posted by: Anonymous

How ironic that Kevin, Jamie, Lynne and Britney are meeting outside the hearing to discuss more visitation time with the boys. So they waltz back into court, say they have come up with an agreement and the judge potentially okays it. Can anyone tell me what use the judge was then? What the hell would he have decided? Then the tards are going to go wild believing the judge granted her more time, when it was only Kevin who actually did. And why, oh why, do her mommy and daddy have to be in on the negotiations? Okay, maybe I understand Daddy since he is her assigned 24/7 babysitter, but what does mommy actually have to do with it? Using the parents to up the pressure is just plain not right. Anybody see Kevin bringing his parents to back up his side - NO! A grown individual who can stand on their own. How about Unfitney gives that a try first.

Posted by: Anonymous

When the Commissioner grants Britney more visitation rights today I guess you Wal Mart Specials will claim he does not care about the kids.

Posted by: Tinker Bell

If you turds, yes I am talking to you, would put half the energy in doing something useful as you do hate the world would be a wonderful place. Your ugliness is unprecidented and amazing.

Posted by: Anonymous

It's takes the Judge to approve any agreements that are made by the legal teams and parties. He is not going to allow something that is not in the best interest of the children.

Posted by: Anonymous

12:21@3 That's right Jtard. Start preparing yourself for word that the judge is allowing Britney more visitation rights.

Posted by: Anonymous

You need a link for the hostage situation? What the hell is wrong with you besides you are as close to or surpassed Shitney in the delusional category. Refusing to hand someone over when ordered to, resulting in the police being called and then still refusing to cooperate until they have entered your home definitely falls within the definition of hostage situation. Perhaps if you had untangled the rabbit ears on top of your trailer you might have seen all the television coverage of this event a little more clearly.

Posted by: Cal

The View,

Sorry to inform you that the Court doesn't see it that way. Money man or not, SHE chose him as the father of her kids. Now STFU.

Posted by: Anonymous

12.19 You are a dunce. Please don't talk anymore.

Posted by: Anonymous

12:19: Please see the link at 12:26, read it, then get back to me about what is says. It clearly says "hostage situation". Are you able to read it? That was just one of four separate links I posted regarding the hostage situation, I think X17 is intentionally blocking it.

What does it say in YOUR world?

Posted by: Anonymous

12:19 are u freaken kidding me?Try the all news outlets .When she locked herself, and I think Sean Preston in the bathroom.cops came had to get the kids out of the house.Come on hostage situation.

Do u want me to come over to your house with a box of crayons ,and paper to draw u a picture of the event.

Posted by: Vi

I don't need to provide no link to anyone. Everybody who is at least somewhat litterate can find plenty of reports about the hostage situation in all the media, on or off line.

Posted by: Anonymous

"the pop star reportedly refused to relinquish her children back to her ex-husband Kevin Federline."

Read it, Britards.

Posted by: Anonymous

12:26@2
Just what I thought...the only one using the term "hostage" in reference to the incident that occurred is you. The tabloids nor any news outlet covering the incident ever used the term "hostage." I guess you think using the term hostage makes the incident worse than what it really was in reality.

Posted by: Anonymous

Whomever is the headmaster at the Britard School only teaches one side of the story.

Posted by: Anonymous

I feel sorry for the commissioner. He had to listen to her inane babbling and her retarded frog voice the whole morning. Some jobst just don't get paid high enough for what people have to endure ...

Posted by: ErinM

it always looks good and appropriate to walk into court chewing on a coffee stirrer....esp for a custody hearing

Posted by: Anonymous

12:29@1
You call it a hostage situation. The news media and LAPD never referred to the child custody incident as a hostage situation.

Posted by: Anonymous

Hey Tinker bell ,

we hate britzilla ,and britards like yourself.

I do enough in my community to help with the homeless ,and people who are HIV postive .What do u to help the world dunbass???

Posted by: Anonymous

Read my lips...it was referred to as "a child custody incident."

Posted by: Anonymous

Hey 12:33

Try CNN,Fox news ,and NBC for starters

Posted by: Tinker Bell

Anon,
Spreading a little more sunshine are we? Yep, a really ugly soul.

Posted by: Anonymous

Oh we are calling Special Education in our public, and private schools.

Britard school?

I guess I missed the Memo on that

Posted by: Anonymous

If Britney was as screwed up as some of you claim you would not have to spin and twist the trust of a matter.

Posted by: Anonymous

12:37
All news media outlets referred to it as a "child custody incident." No where will you find any news agancy claiming it was a hostage situation. The LAPD would have stated it was a hostage situation had that been the case. The news agencies referred to it as a "child custody incident."

No 12:39 that is not what I said. The britards go to a school all of their own.

Posted by: Tinker Bell

This just in:
Expansion of visitation time. Judge is pleased with Brit's progress. Ha Ha you fucking haters.

Posted by: Anonymous

Sorry, 12:31, but that was one of FOUR different links I posted. Apparently, X17 blocked the others, and they clearly used the word "hostage". You Britards just cannot face reality. You're one of the more idiotic Britards I've encountered. It WAS a hostage situation. Deal with it.

Posted by: Anonymous

When Twitney has no babysitter anymore, watch what happens when she had her kids. Pure hell for them.

Posted by: Anonymous

I specifically remember Fox News stating that "The LAPD were summons to the home of Britney Spears this evening over a child custody dispute."

Posted by: Anonymous

I don't think they go to school on their own.

I'm sure there is a short yellow bus involved

Posted by: Anonymous

Does this mean Jamie will get more money baby sitting three babies instead of just one??
