Given that the conservatorship is still in force, Britney is still deemed by the courts to be unable to care for her own needs. Therefore, I seriously doubt that they will consider her to be able to take care of the needs of anyone else, including her kids. In my opinion, the best she can hope for tomorrow is to get more hours with her kids, but under the condition that these are still supervised visits. Only when the conservatorship is lifted and Britney is deemed to be able to function on her own in the world will she have a chance for unsupervised visits.

According to court documents that Britney herself filed last year, she used to spend more than $120,000 per MONTH on what she called "entertainment". Also, up until Daddy took over her finances, Britney has blown anywhere from $40 million to $80 million of her former $120 million fortune, and she was told that unless she turns things around, she'll be totally broke within 4 years. The $10,000 per month is a huge bargain compared with the amounts that Britney used to be p*ssing away.

It is $10,000 a Week and No it is not fair in anyone's standards. This is a court appoited attorney and should received the standard wages. An elected official should look in to this. The court appoited lawyer must of thought that they just won Britney Lotto (as others have won).

Well, $10,000 per WEEK is still a lot less than she was blowing on her own. As much as you might not like the size of that payment, it's normal under these circumstances, and it's doubtful that anyone, elected or otherwise, is going to change that. (1) create a blog where you can get like-minded people to come together on this legal fees issue; (2) get all of those people to join you in contributing money to hire a lawyer to help you fight this alleged injustice. It is Not normal for a court appoited to receive $10,000 a week from someone who never hired them in the first place. The court lawyer should receive the standard fee , as it applies to a celebrity or common citzen. Jon Eardley is yet another example of a Lawyer who is Stealing from Britney. He files lawsuits that have no merit , but gets rewarded by the courts in doing so.

Well, you clearly feel strongly about this, so DO something about it. Posting your complaints in celebrity gossip sites will have no effect whatsoever. Hardly anyone who can make a difference with this situation hangs out in intellectually vapid sites like this. Instead, join together with like-minded people. Start a petition drive. Pound the pavement. Knock on doors. Work the phones. Spend your money on lawyers and publicists. poor kids these are some of the reason idiots should not have kids. Angelina should adopt these kids and give them a loving family that every child deserve.

She is not ready to care for herself let alone the kids. Maybe more hours and a little less restrictions as long as a monitor is there but we all know what happened when she snapped and snatched Jayden. No one wants that to happen again I am sure.
