Britney Courtroom Update: Kaplan Arguing Against Gag Order

We reported yesterday that Trope and Trope would seek a gag order in the custody case, apparently Mark Vincent Kaplan is arguing against it!

Says Kaplan:

"You can order the biggest gag order you want, but that won't stop the paparazzi from following Ms. Spears. A gag order is usually in place during criminal trials where a jury of lay persons can be subject to information but that's not the case here."

Kaplan has been the one tipping off TMZ to court issues. TMZ works for Kaplan and his name in the press is what he seeks but now that Jamie Spears is in charge instead of the young Britney drugged against her will by Sam it will be very easy for Jamie Spears to catch Kaplan. My guess is that he was close to getting caught and therefore Michael Sands no longer works for Kaplan on behalf of Federline...now he reps Sam. Hopefully the new lawyer gets K-fed randomlly drug tested.
