The monitor said there was very little communication between her and her children when they were in the same room. Most children want and will continue to try to get the attention of their parent, to play, talk, hold or what ever. They must have learned very early to just leave her alone and not try to bond. VH-1 entertainment news is reporting that she failed a drug test. I think she probably did. The judge wouldn't have ordered supervised limited visitation if he didn't have adequate proof. There are a lot of facts of this case the public will not be privvy too.

KFeds attorneys have billed $150K in legal bills. BFD. Britney was ordered to pay $100K or so of these. That's only 1/7 of her monthly income. Not a big hardship for her.

Judges do not take children away from people who are doing nothing wrong. Britney was and is labeled a habitual user of drugs and alcohol.

Also, she has not passed all of her drug tests. She didn't show for many of them and that is considered a failure. No show = Failure!

Another thing, the monitor was quoted as saying that there was not abuse of the children in the traditional manner. Meaning that there is some type of abuse whether it be neglect, or coldness toward them.

As for Kevin, if Britney's lawyers could come up with a reason that he shouldn't have the children, that would have been heavily pursued, and the children would be put into protective custody until everything is resolved. But they can't, so Kevin has his children.

The only thing I agree with you on is the fact that the papparazi should be stopped from pursuing Britney so closely. They need to keep a distance. I too feel that they are breaking the law by what they are doing, blocking her car and traffic, etc. But...The paps are not even remotely connected to her children being taken away.

Something changed in court on Friday. Kaplan always leaves court and is happy to talk to the paps. He also leaks info to TMZ, and it didn't happen this time. But eBay will still charge it to X17s credit card, since it's a charity auction, to make sure the charity gets paid. eBay is really careful with those charity listings so there is no fraud.

The person who bid $7,300 retracted their bid because they "Entered wrong amount"? The previous bid was $7,200 so it seems like $7,300 would be a logical bid to make. Plus they placed the bid on Nov. 14 and then retracted it today?

And then 2 other bids were retracted due to "Administrative Cancellation."

I am not too familiar with eBay but it looks weird.

The bid only showed 7300. They may have bid a million dollars, but you will only see the next increment above the previous bid.

High profile auctions get a lot of trolls with fake bids. Realistically this might get a few hundred dollars, but a legit person bidding over 1000 to help Britney look like she is doing something for a kids charity is unlikely. The value of her autographed CD isn't worth that and someone wanting to give to UNICEF is probably not a big Britney supporter.

If Britney were to die really soon there would be a short term elevation in prices on autographed collectibles, but she's signed so many things in her career that the value of one CD years from now will probably not be more than a couple hundred dollars, if that.

It's a pretty safe bet that any bid over a few hundred dollars on Britney's cd has no plans to every pay.

eBay doesn't ban someone for not paying. Every user gets at least three non-paying bidder filings before they get suspended and eBay will reinstate and often remove the marks from their record. I've seen people get several and still keep buying.

But payment on the charity auction is due within two weeks of the auction ending and if X17 doesn't pay, eBay will charge it to their credit card.

If the high winner never pays X17, X17 has to wait 7 days before they can file a non-paying bidders notice and another week before they can file to get their fees back. A total of two weeks MINIMUM, if they file on the first possible day, so eBay will probably charge their credit card account before filings get done.

So 1:31 pm poster doesn't know what they are talking about. Go read the eBay rules before spreading you lies.

And WHEN the high bidder does not pay, it does not automatically go to the next person. Once the auction closed, there is an OPTION to offer it to the second highest bidder when the winner doesn't pay, but the 2nd highest bidder is under no obligation to buy. They can offer it to the third highest, etc. but nobody is obliged to buy once it closes, except the highest bidder.

I have to say there are some wise posts today. People who are actually understanding that Britney is human. I'm impressed. I'd like to agree with those who say that unless there is some huge looming fact that we are all ignorant to, her kids should not have been taken from her. I've seen far worse keep their kids. And as for the not spending 100% of her time with her kids focused on her kids, well what parent does? What parent who isn't a stay at home parent has the energy to do so. I guess I'm as guilty or more guilty than Brit in this case and should have my son taken away. Some days, when I'm bogged down with school work, we spend hours in the same room with almost no communication. I suppose it's worse with her because she only gets to see them x amount of time each week? NOPE! She still has her thing to do, life doesn't stop when visitation begins. And you know, I don't care what she was doing when she wasn't focused on them. She was doing her thing, motherhood does not deny you the right to have your own time and activities. She still spends way more time with them than her loser ex when she has them. Oh and the monitor DID mention there was a STRONG bond between her and her boys. Yes Team Britney was organized for Britney fans to rally for her. That is true but like i said i am not the moderator! His intentions and mines are different. I saw a opportunity and i used it. Unfortunately my part did not make the effect i was hoping for. The people who made posters against the media making false accusations and Give Britneys kids back are the ones who got the attention. And not for a good reason at all. It got a lot of negative press, Perez and TMZ had a feild day of it. But to them, they got press and saw it as successful, i did not. Everything that i say was not in her defense. I do not defend the fact that Britney lost her kids but i will say that Kevin is no angel. I do not defend Britneys "Performance" at the Vma's, but at the same time given the state that she was in, MTV should have never brought that to the table, they should have known better. They wanted money, and they got it. Did you see the rest of the show? It was ran so poorly, it was horrible! I do not defend the way she dresses all the time, but at the same time, Don't you yourself have those days where you'd rather not dress up all the time. I do think she needs to get a stylist though. Once again, I am a Britney fan, but like i said, that does not say who I am as a person at all. I love all sorts of music, I am a fan of highly respected artists. No i do have to agree with you on that. I do think Britney is in need of some parenting classes. But honestly, while most of us have the natural instinct, others don't. I beleive she has some but her intentions are not fully thought out. She acts before she thinks. But at the same time, we do not see whats going on with her behind closed doors. Everything that does happen to go public has not shown her in a postive light and she has no one to blame but herself from that. When Britney losts her boys, i commented on her myspace and it wasnt the best comment in the world, you have no idea how much hate mail i received from Britney fans, but it sucks to hear the truth right? The petty jealously of so many of you have missed the most important part of this story and that is the behaviour of the paps.What Britney is or isn't is doesn't really matter. When a legal system will allow people to stalk other people and interfer in their day to day life then it is about time things were changed. The media has too much freedom. the thing about *DRUG* use is that no one is going to *OUT* you because that would be the nerd outing the cool kid! the only time people come forward is when things are out of hand - & usually when there are others to verifytheir story.

i've been in situations where i saw something & said something & it ended up being MY word alone... there was another person who could verify & do you know what that other person did? they denied what happened because they just didn't want to get involved in the drama...

sad, but true, people won't stand up unless they have other people supporting them... & i think that's what happened with britney. people came forward as they saw that others saw/had similar experiences...
