Well, since that trial, she has made illegal U turns, parked in handicap parking spaces, not worn her seat belt a number of times, and taken two spaces instead of one while parking. Alli lied to a cop (documented) saying Britney "just got the car" and would get plates right away and she still has none. And that is just what I happen to have seen on the internet.

between the parties and attorneys. An award of attorney's fees and
costs pursuant to this section is in the nature of a sanction. In
making an award pursuant to this section, the court shall take into
consideration all evidence concerning the parties' incomes, assets,
and liabilities. The court shall not impose a sanction pursuant to
this section that imposes an unreasonable financial burden on the
party against whom the sanction is imposed. In order to obtain an
award under this section, the party requesting an award of attorney's
fees and costs is not required to demonstrate any financial need for
the award.

Revised Chart Policy Lands Eagles At No. 1
The Eagles' first new studio album in 28 years, "Long Road Out of Eden," takes a short route to No. 1 on The Billboard 200 after Billboard revised a significant chart policy today (Nov. 7).

In consultation with Nielsen SoundScan, Billboard will now allow exclusive album titles that are only available through one retailer to appear on The Billboard 200 and other charts, effective with this week's charts. Prior to this, proprietary titles were not eligible to appear on most Billboard charts.

Early SoundScan numbers have the Eagles taking the top perch on The Billboard 200 with 711,000 copies sold, with most sales moved by Wal-Mart and Sam's Club stores. For now, the only other U.S. outlets carrying "Eden" are walmart.com, where both physical copies and downloads are sold, and the Eagles' own Web site.
