Yeah, they better release that shiz before Britney pulls any more stunts. Sounds like they're taking the Jack Nicholson approach: This is as good as it's ever gonna get.

As a fan, I have to disagree. I do care, too much actually. I care whether or not Britney OD's, because everything has come crumbling down at once on her. Yes, she has made some serious mistakes. Yes, she needs to grow up & learn from them, and I hope to God she does. However, if her fans do not join together to let her know that they DO care, by showing her some support right now, then I fear for what she may do. It's very clear she is suffering from depression, and needs help. In order to be open to that help, she needs to know there is something worth living for. That people DO care!

Think about it... she spent her entire young life working her ass off reaching for a dream. When it was finally obtained, she found a man that she fell head over heals for & wanted so badly to do nothing more than settle down & be "normal". She wanted the same all American dream that we all strive for: a wife, a husband, 2 children & a white picket fence.

She thought she had that dream w/ Kevin, but no one would allow her to realize that dream. From the moment she got w/ Kevin she was getting hit from all sides about how wrong of a decision he was. Media, Family, Friends, Fans; it seemed many of us knew he would take her through the wringer, so we tried w/ all our might to warn her. However, she was blind & in love & couldn’t see it. Wow, big surprise, because no one has made really bad choices in men before & not seen it until it was too late. Noooo, absolutely not. Please!

Then she had Sean, and everyone’s attention moved to nit picking the heck out of her mothering ability. When she first had Sean, you could see the attachment to her child. You could see how much she loved & cared for him, but the media tore her down every chance they got. (not saying having your child in an open convertible is the right thing, OK, so she isn't perfect!!!)

With the media hounding her over Kevin, and then hounding her over Sean, she started to fall apart. We watched her beginning to fall, but no one cared. She did that interview w/ Matt Lauer, and instead of hearing her beg & plead for some space to figure her life out, everyone tore her apart for the clothes she wore, or the gum she chewed.

With a new baby & all that scrutiny, depression is bound to set in. Then add a second pregnancy within months of giving birth, all of the outside pressures, in addition to the issues she was having at home (let’s not forget at this point Kevin was hitting every club known to man & living the life off her dime) & forget about it! Hormones are RAGING & w/o a solid footing w/ her & Kevin, she was bound to sink deeper & deeper into depression.

Open your eyes people! We all watched it happen, and NOW you want to rise up & tell her she needs to step back???!!! Has that NOT been what she was trying to do for the past several years???!! Is that NOT what she went to that interview for w/ Matt Lauer??!! To BEG everyone to just give her some room to breathe, some room to figure it all out??!!

Does she need help? ABSOLUTELY! But first, she needs love, because we & the media have scrutinized, nit picked, and torn her apart ENOUGH!!!

FANS - I implore you to let Britney know you care, in whatever way that feels right to you. I for one have voted for the video, although I also clearly put messages out there saying: The video leaves me saying exactly as the song states.... "GIMME MORE"!!! It wasn’t enough. It’s not her best work. However, I understand! I’d love nothing more than for her to step back now. Take some room to get her life together, and next time Britney, KILL IT! Don't give me another thing, until you can KILL IT!!! But if you were looking to leave me wanting more, mission accomplished! Just not at the expense of you, or your babies’ health, so take it easy & focus on getting your home back in order.

However, if she does follow through w/ dropping the album, I will support her! I’ve already heard many of the leaks, & I like it. It’s raw. It’s real. It’s therapeutic. For all of you out there who are saying she is willing to set her babies aside for her career. Get real! Jive has already stated she will not run around promoting this album. She is not going to throw concerts, do news conferences, etc. She is simply dropping the record, and letting her fans enjoy seeing the pain she had to go through just so that you could have what you wanted all along…. Yet another piece of her!

Sorry for the insanely long post, but I do get soooooo tired of all of the ignorant posts on here. If you were to ban all of the artists, actors, and actresses for drug & alcohol use we would have no movies, no music, and no magazines. Get real people! ¾ of Hollywood is on something!!! I have never understood the "x17 is being paid by Britney" posts, because of course x17 gets paid huge bucks for the videos and pictures of Britney to all sorts of varioius media outlets throughout the world. Even OK used x17 photos of Britney and that tab trashed Britney. She makes them so much money of course they kiss her butt a bit, she
is the golden goose at the moment. There is always another celebrity scandal when the spotlight fades on Britney. Why would x17 bother to pay Britney? No Doubt Britney stays friendly to try and control some of the tone of the posts. That is the game all celebrities and their PR people play.

They get the shots no matter what. In a recent news article on x17 Brandy admits
that they have a team of 15 guys that follow Britney 24/7. They literally
camp outside her doorstep and keep in communication by radio/cell. And that
doesn't include the other agencies stalking her.

x17 plays it pretty smart by staying on the goodside of the celebs... they
simply get more video and pics that way. That is the only reason for
the mild and relatively factual posts by x17.

Actually a lot of media outlets have stopped using X17's stuff due to them being biased. About the only ones I see are Britney based fan sites and maybe a few others. I think they have hurt themself by being so biased. As soon as TMZ makes a post, you can google the news right away and it's on just about every site out there, so I disagree with 12:24. I do feel X17 has some sort of deal with Brit after the umbrella incident, but not sure it's money. Like I've said before I hit the reputable sites first and then come here for more of a laugh than anything. Oh and no other media outlet is stalking Brit 24/7, other than X17 and they are doing it mainly to await her next fuckup. Everybody loves a trainwreck.
