Court documents from previous cohorts of Lutfi present a darker picture.

In October 2005, businesswoman Jumana Issa filed a complaint in Los Angeles against Lutfi; it was dismissed in March 2006 because she failed to appear for a preliminary hearing. When contacted by phone, Issa refused to comment.

In court papers, the Westside Escrow Corporation owner claimed Lutfi started harassing her from the day of closing an escrow account for him after he demanded canceling an escrow check which she said she was unable to stop payment on.

Issa said Lutfi antagonized her repeatedly with obscene e-mails, offensive faxes and late-night voice mails, hanging up on her around 15-20 times a day, according to court documents. Issa described the ordeal as "an overwhelming nightmare."

Lynne Spears declaration states Lutfi cut Britney’s home telephone line and he hid her cell phone rechargers. I believe she was cognitively impaired and Lutfi - her self professed manager - did NOT wanted her to comply with the court orders. I also believe Lutfi did NOT want her children around because it would have impeded his ability to sell information about Crazy Britney’s Midnight Rides etc.

Britney could have just as easily been sitting on the curb crying because she found out her mother was in town. Remember that the two of them had a very "strained" relationship and it is quite possible that Britney had gotten wind of a plan to have her involuntarily hospitalized and feared that was what her mother was in town to do. After all, she had already been hospitalized once and her mother hadn't been there for quite some time.

Britney could have just as easily sat inside her home and cried in private. But I guess that's not as provocative.

Sam Lutfi will not fight the restraining order tomorrow. If anything he'll continue to go along with it just like he's been doing.

Nor hide somebodys car batteries and put meds in the food, without the persons knowledge.
If the home-doctor grinds up the meds, it's up to the adult person to take them as long as she/he is free (not in a ward).
If Sam was worried about her health or drivingbehavior or life, as a "manager" or "friend" or anyone, he mustn't do that, he should've called 911 or at least the doctor.
