It looks to me like the fog is beginning to lift. Perhaps she's finally beginning to see the paps for what they really are.

maybe her meds are kicking in - AND the fact that she isn't downing large quantities of caffeine are probably helping control her manic episodes - basically her father is doing a good job of getting her the help she needs and getting her on the right track and when she acts responsible she gets to see her kids - Frank Bruno just spoke out regarding Paul Gascoigne's mental health detainment and spoke of his own detainment - read it - he was locked up and it was frightening, but he got the help he needed and never wants to go back there therefore he continues to get help and stay on the right track -
I do have a question? Where is mama? I know she has another problem, pregnant Jamie, but is she going to visit again?

This is just a temporary lull in the madness. Her daddy and mommy can't watch her forever. She'll be back, crazier than ever.

Still think she needs to go back to in patient treatment. What could it hurt?

I think now that oSAMa is not drugging her and adding to the chaos, with X17, she maybe stands a chance at life. We'll see.

She is on medication from the MEDICAL professionals, not the cocktails, Sam was putting in her food. She realizes the paps are calling out to her to make money and they are not her fans. She is not dependent on the paps attention anymore. She is wiser and happier without Sam in her life.

I think the "prescription cocktails" Lufti was feeding her had a lot to do with her erratic behavior! So I think having time to get all of that junk out of her system and being surrounding by people who have her best interest at heart is reason for the change. Um, as much as I don't like Sam, Risperdal and Seroquel is not going to make her act crazy, even if crushed up in food. They might have a bad effect if she took them with alcohol, but to say they caused her craziness is stupid. Those are two drugs they use to treat Bipolar and other mental illneses. Me thinks Britney's "new behaviour" is a combination of several factors:

Being monitored, literally, by her father (although, that didn't keep her from the pantyfree shots last week), monitored by her psychiatrist (hence, taking proper medication), being monitored by the courts, not being able to "drive", not having Sam and / or Adnan around, etc. Right now, she is only "acting" accordingly.....being that all these "restrictions" are in place. I bet once she can drive, go out, do whatever it is that she wants to do (that most of us take for granted - freedom to drive, etc.), she is going to go at it full speed ahead (no pun intended). In other words, once she has, or regains "free reign" (again), to do what she wants, she is gonna let it fly! There are no medications to cure basic

I didn't get it from tabloids. It is reliable information for certain. She hurt the youngest one the most - threw him against a wall. She also nearly took their arms out of joint, and the young one might have permanent damage to his left shoulder.

I saw a pic of brit last week on one some site...the pic is of her sitting in the back seat of a vehichle (with her dad). In the shot, she is facing her dad (presumably, talking to him), and is wearing a dress , with her legs slightly spread apart. In the pic, she is wearing a dress - the same dress (and the same night), that she was shown in another pic (on another site), where she is exiting the vehicle and is not wearing panties. (I mean, by now, even SHE knows about all the other crotchless pics that have been posted).
My question is: Is she that "sick", that, even as she is sans panties, she sits in a car facing her own FATHER (wearing a dress with no panties), as if it is the most normal thing in the world????!!!! I think about how Britney is totally missing out on her children's first years of life. That is the most precious, and you don't get it back.

Give them 5-6 more years, and they WILL see all the pictures of their mother's twat and various other humiliating shots.

Her finances are a wreck, her body and mind is a wreck. This was no Mariah Carey breakdown - this is full-on psychosis.

It will take about 1 year from the onset of treatment to be fully well. There will be slow and gradual improvement each week; and meds will be tweaked for the first few months until the proper levels are found for her. She absolutely will get her life back and will likely never go that low again with likely lifelong checking in with therapists. She will be well, wiser and much better of than most who post here.

I know mental illness. A family member (on hubby's side) has tried to commit suicide twice. It IS very hard for outsiders to understand and sympathize. Early on Madonna was a drummer and pushed her way to the microphone where she became one of the highest rated Pop Stars of my generation. Britney was just one of the kids on the MMC, and pushed her way to the microphone and became the highest rated pop star of the next generation.
They both have amazing dancing abilities, they are both atractive (with the right stylist. :-) They can sing with the music but neither is good acapella. I don't believe Madonna is mentally ill but she did a lot of things that were considered bizarre and edgy for the 80's.
And made some bad choices.
First marriage, affair with some lowlife father of her eldest, a goofy coffetable book.
She's still a little off kilter.

The really interesting thing will be to see if Britney can be well behaved (read: boring) long enough for most of the tabloids to conclude "no story here" and go bother someone else. I still think that this could happen, but I doubt that the paps will let her go in the short term. She's been too good at providing outrageous material (that gathers lots of web hits) for too long for them to leave in a hurry.

Hopefully, the people surrounding her now will hang in for the long term. I would miss my daily Britney soap opera, but at least I would lose that lingering guilty feeling one gets in watching someone else's life disintegrate in real time for amusement...

I'm sick of Jglad. I have IT's ip and I'm going to make a complaint to IT's ISP server. I suggest to anyone who is annoyed with IT, to do the same. You can get the info in the libray. I agree with you (that is, if what you just posted isn't another alias by JGlad). It is sad indeed when one has to question if each and every post is from that loser JGlad. I can almost bet this "JGlad" poster is a freak with absolutely nothing else to do except sit behind a computer (anonymously) and write about Britney all day long - oh, and lest I forget - "educate" all us "Britards" as he calls us (depending of course, on whether or not he is defending Britney, shim can never make up "It's" mind). Well, I do not think Britney is any different. She is still the same old Brit, she is just being reined in by her dad and it is about time. I do think she is mentally ill and she needs help. She may have always been mentally ill and with fame at an early age, it just became too much to handle, especially after becoming a mother. She is an adult but not a mature and stable one. It is a good thing she has her father and mother in the picture again to give her some stability and structure because she is not capable of it on her own. And that is why I think she has visitation of her kids again. Take her dad and mother out of the picture and I believe she will go back to the way she was behaving a total nut case.

If an Archetypal Middle American Adult interacted with a Average Female Teenager hailing from Anywhere USA -- in the same way her parents and music industry insiders interacted with Britney Spears the child … the Archetypal Middle American Adult could be charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Eeek! I think it might have been ME listing the timelines, not JGlad, so I thought I should take responsibility.

...but if you look at the timelines, they're not about Britney, they're about SAM. I was trying to make the point that if you look at Britney's actions over the past nine months, and compare it to when Sam entered her life, you can see where he was most likely behind a lot of it.
