I'm glad that Jive is releasing this song as a single as opposed to "Hot As Ice." All the Danja songs on the album are awesome, while "Hot As Ice" is a little too cutesy to be a single.

"Blackout" is a great album. Maybe now, with Britney's antics taking a back seat, her music can finally take centre stage.

Britney SpearsSources tell TMZ Britney's divorce lawyers and the lawyers representing the conservatorship may collide in a "last one standing" dispute.

We know Britney's divorce team at the law firm of Trope and Trope has been dealing with newly-exiled Sam Lutfi and believes he is well-meaning. Jamie Spears, the freshly appointed co-conservator, has made it clear he dislikes the Trope firm and wants them out of Britney's life - in large part because of the firm's alliance with Sam.

Lutfi is furious at the commissioner who issued the various orders today and has been in touch with Trope and Trope numerous times this afternoon. Based on those conversations, the firm believes the orders defy Britney's wishes because she feels great ill will toward her dad.

So here's the scenario. It's possible Trope and Trope could go to court Monday at 1:30 and challenge the choice of conservator. If Jamie Spears is in it for the long hall, it's also possible one of his first orders of business will be to 86 Trope and Trope from Britney's life.

I think first of Britney is not the only star that gets hounded by the paps, look at Lindsay Lohan or Paris Hilton, i mean they get followed alot too but the difference is they are supported by their families and they dont suffer from any mental diseases.

All of this is really puzzling. Britney claims she wants to get well & re-establish visitation with her children, but every time help is offered to her she slaps it away. This has happened often enough to become an established pattern now.

The day she loses the right to have contact with her children, she takes off with Adnan & is seen the next morning sipping mimosas & smiling.

When she faces losing authority over her home, she goes ballistic. I guess my reaction would have been to give up the house & go for my children - but that's me not her.

Also, I thought this initial hold was to try to clean the junk out of Britney's system so the doctors could effectively evaluate her, but TMZs site claims she sounded drugged up & was speaking in that damn British accent again.

It looks like unless they strap her to the bed, she's gonna walk out ADA (again). So much for getting better so she can see her children.

My sympathies go to her entire family & also the hospital staff. I wonder how many times this scene is going to play out before the helicopters really do launch an air assault.
