Britney Spears Gets Restraining Order Against Stalker
E! Online reports that a temporary restraining order was issued today against Miranda Tozier-Robbins, a woman caught trespassing on Britney Spears' Calabasas property last April.
Tozier-Robbins, 26, was intitially due to be arraigned this morning on two misdemeanor charges, but the hearing was put off for one week when she showed up over two hours late to a Malibu courthouse. Los Angeles Superior Judge Jay Ford III issued a bench warrant for Tozier-Robbins' arrest, but recalled it when she finally arrived at the courthouse. Ford also waived the $5,000 bail under the agreement that Tozier-Robbins will return to her hearing next week.
Of course, Britney was not present at the hearing - she is currently on tour in the UK.
